Taking down copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell,socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendent, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed at site.

Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN DBs/ Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs/ MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium sub main wiring of any size from surface/ concealed/ existing conduit of any height and removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, PVC concealed conduit of white/ ivory colour including all accessories after chasing in wall/ ceiling etc, heavy duty ISI marked, with GI sunken boxes 1.2 mm thick, 60 mm deep with earth dolly duly, covered with modular white cover plate with inner frame suitable for modular switches, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly including cutting, chasses and making good disturbed surface to match with existing finish with plaster complete all as specified and directed for the following :-

(a) One light point controlled by one way switch 5 Amps

(b) One ceiling fan point/ exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps and regulator

Description all as per item No 4 here-in-before but using 2.5 Sqmm single core copper conductor cable of multistranded FRLSH, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket combination point including necessary running of 2.5 sq mm copper conductor FRLSH, PVC wire as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly.

Description all as per item No. 4 here in before but using 4.0 sq mm single core copper conductor FRLS cable of multistranded PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket cobmination point including necessary running of 4.0 sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common eath dolly. (for AC Point)

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for vitrified Ceramic tiles light shed 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM (1:6) complete.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 7mm thick exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc. 0.20 Sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match incl 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) as backing for tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc. 0.16 Sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM (1:6) complete.

M&L for 20mm thick granite slab, machine cut, well polished, bedded in 15mm thick in CM 1:6 as in cooking plaforms & like and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixtures of pigments to match the shade of granite stone including cutting, polishing and rounding of edges etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick Cement Mortar (1:6) complete.

M & L Kota stone slab 15-18 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and incl 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) , on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing complete.
