Taking down copper/aluminium point wirin (light, fan, socket or power) complete, includingfixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custodyor for taking credit (credit for above items should bemade as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Material and labour for point wiring with stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm FRLS cable in and including PVC casing caping of suitable size with PVC boards of appropriate sizes and all requisite accessories such as PVC elbow,Tee,collers bend, PVC conduit for crossing etc. complete with PVC terminals box for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc with one single core continuous 1.5 Sqmm,FRLS copper cable for earth wire complete all as specified and as directed for :-

Note :-(i) Two run of copper cable and one run of earth wire shall be measured as one length. (ii) If Casing- capping required at site, they will be measured and paid under respective items

NOTE:- Accessories and unserviceable base flange consisting of inlet/outlet pipes, MS sections required for fixing will be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

M & L for necessary fabrication work for mounting storage type water heater of any capacity on existing angle section or stud, using equal angle iron section/flat iron or any other section of steel induding necessary welding, bending etc. and painting with two coats of black colour enemelled paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on exposed surcfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for stud/anchor fastener minimum of suitable size with washer for fixing geyser of any capacity in and including making good to disturbed surfaces complete all as directed.

M & L for painting to geyser of 25 litres capacity by preparing the surface and spray painting with one coat of white synthetic enamel paint and writing MES No. on the front side of the geyser with black paint complete all specified and directed.

All as per item No. 63 above but 50 litres capacity.

Taking out the unserviceable NRV and S & F new NRV cast copper alloy of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the unserviceable glass wool from the 25/50 litres capacity geysers and S & F new glass wool in layers to fill the gap between inner and outer cover of the geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper stranded conductor cable of 1100 volts grade 3 core 2.5 sqmm size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix fusible plug to fuse at 90 Degree Celsius complete all as specified and directed.
