M&L for 40mm thick second class hardwood Boarding, Planed one side, with butt joints and fixed with nails, as in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick 2nd class hardwood boarding work fixed with nails planed one side with butt joint as in Shelves, eave boards, Cupboards, racks, Palmet Box, Skirting etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick 2nd class soft wood boarding planed one side & edges tongued and grooved or rebated with butt joints as in wall panelling and similar work fixed with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 6mm thick veneered decorative plywood grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face veneers on one faces fixed with nails to timber frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium snap grid frame work with 4.0mm dia GI hanging wire of suitable length for false ceiling size of grid 605 x 605 mm all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4mm thick non asbestos cement plain building boards, fixed to aluminium/ timber frame work with screws as in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing 600x600mm aluminium snap grid framed work for false ceiling, comprising of 600x600x5mm thick plain embossed PVC sheet of density 600kg/cum, used as panel insert in a frame work using powder coated aluminium T-section of sizes 25x25mm, 19gauge or 1mm thick. The aluminium frame work is supported from the ceiling by means of 'J' hook and GI Suspended hanger of 4mm dia of required length to maintain proper level. The aluminium framework is supported on side walls by means of Powder coated aluminium 'L' section of size 25x25mm, 19gauge or 1mm thick, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI Snap Grid of size 605x605mm Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre. as per Specification and Drawing of MES Schedule Part-II, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 10mm thick PVC insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium/G.I./M.S. as per specification and drawing

M&L second class hard Wood as in scantlings, timber fixed work clean swan complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying five coat of melamine polishing to existing wooden surfaces including preparation of surfaces and complete removal of existing treatment as per manufacture's instructions and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of French polishing on existing wooden surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surfaces and applying one coat of wood filler on old works complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for French polishing on surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coats, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of wood and wood based materials, new or old surface of any description and girth not otherwise described and treated with two coats of creosote oil complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Timber Fillet, Rails, Posts, Rafter, Purlin Etc., under 40 Sq Cm in Section as in Unframed work, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for second class hardwood plain fillets square, rectangular or triangular in section clean sawn secured with nails or brads exc 6 & n exc 13 sq cm in section, complete all as specified and as directed

All as per Item No. 19 here-in-above, but bullnosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge or face fixed with screws exc 6 & n exc 13 sq cm in section, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L preparing new Wood and Wood Based Surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) over a Coat of Pink Primer, complete all as specified and as directed.
