REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF ROOF TREATMENT, CHAJJA PROTECTION EXTERNAL PLASTER AND CONNECTED ALLIED SERVICES IN OTM/ MD ACCN AT DRONACHAL BASE UNDER GE DRONACHAL

Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description incl PCC padding, cement plaster any thickness from roof surfaces, cleaning of roof and prepairing it for further treatment incl make good necessary dubbing out wherever required and removing rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Matrial and Labour for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0 (12.50 mm Graded Stone aggregate in padding, finishing surface concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement) of average thickness 40 mm in slope as required over roof complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Providing, cement concrete of Type in roof kerbs on roof or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed By Engineer-in-Charge

Material and Labour for 10 mm thick Plastering in CM 1:4 on concrete roof surfaces using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and fair including taking down and complete removal of existing treatment of any type. WPC will be measured separately.

Supply only liquid waterproofing compound ISI Marked all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Applying evenly two coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces over and Including a coat of Bituminuous Primer at a rate of 1 Kg/Sqm or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for Preparation of newly laid APP membrane roof treatment over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in Repair Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity 500 Ltrs (Including Dismantling of Existing Tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoiste and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I, including making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet and overflow pipe and provision of wash out pipe etc and 20 mm ball valves High Pressure PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball including taking down existing tank complete.
