Annual repair and maintenance of railway track at Selected Samla Siding L1500 m and Dalurbandh Siding L 800 m under Pandaveswar

Lifting of Track by 150mm to 225mm over track ballast /Ash/Stonedust lifting shall be done in 2 to 3 stages as per instruction of PWI/ Engineer in Charge with initial packing of track to make it fit for movement kutcha packing will have to be done after each round of lifting to ensure safety of track, The track should be packed with Ballast/ Ash/ Stone dust and be brought to te desired profile level and alignment as per level sheet jointly signed by the contractor and Engineer in Charge . The ates includes dressing of ballast/ash/stonedust in proper profile as per direction of PWI / Engineer in Charge.

Two rounds of packing after lifting of track at in interval of 7 days , This will follow the item insequence as IRPWM including gauaging aligning levelling boxing of sleeper by Ash/Stone ballast after each day packing work as per direction of the ring at site.

One round consolidation packing after two rounds of packing of track following the item in sequence as per IRPWM including gauging, aligning, levelling & boxing of sleeper by ash/stone ballast after each day's packing work as per direction of Engr. In Charge at Site.

Supplying & fixing bolts and nuts of differeny sizes as per RDSO drawings in running line. Rates include all lead, lift, crossing line etc as and when requires. The rate includes inspection of materials by concerned agencies as per RDSO guide lines and materials to be procured from RDSO approved sources. The rate also includes transportation, loading, unloading to the site of work with all lead lift ascent, desent and crossing of multiple tracks, all type of taxes such as Excise tax, Vat or other taxes etc.

Dressing of ballast including filling of sleepers inter space upto top of sleeper and boxing from out side. It should be done only after written instruction of AEN & as per instruction below:- Ballast unload from general wagon from BOB/BOBY/HOPPER.

Drilling holes of 90R/52Kg/60Kg by mechanical means in running track.The rate includes opening of fittings & refixing the same including all lead, lift, transportation, supply of tools & equipments etc to complete the work in all respect.

Cleaning of yard drain and cleaning the ballast and muck of the drain. The rate includes disposal of released muck outside the yard.

Cleaning of over burden earth from track & shoulder side covered with stone dust/ Clay/ Boulders to clean the space for linking of track as per direction of Engineer at Site.

Changing of rail at length 13 M or less in runing track as per direction of site in charge. The payment shall be considered as one side of track only.

Renewal of ordinary wooden/steel/CI/PRC sleepers by PSC sleepers to proper spacing with initial packing, alignment etc. complete in all respect. Rate includes taking of the existing sleeper by removing all fittings etc. neatly and providing required fittings etc. and scrapping, greasing etc. by crossing line etc. (Grease to be supplied by the contractor).
