Construction of Ayurvedic Dispensary Building at Dhar Tehsil Jubbal District Shimla H.P.

Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth including saturated soil comprising of pick work, Jumper work, blasting work both in soft and hard rock chieselling/wedging out of rock(where blasting is prohibited)and their intermediate classification soil including dewatering and incidental its stacking leveling and dressing in all leads and lifts by mechanical transportation with carriage of all labour, materials, tools equipment safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete work as per HPPWD, specification of 1990 Volume-I. The recovery of useful stones shall be made from the contractor and recovery of 52.71 cubic meter shall be made @ Rs. 170/- per cubic meter on prorata basis in each running bill. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be restored by the contractor whatsoever the nature of the same may be and disposal of serviceable and un-serviceable material shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect within all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, de-watering and/or removal of slush and incidentals, lift upto any heights, stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs (Three meters) clear from the edge of excavation and then retuning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter)layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In charge, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals.

Providing work form work with steel plates 3.15mm three point fifteen milimetres) thick welded with angle iron frames 30x30x5cm (thirty x thirty so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete work and plain concrete work in (a) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like. Floors etc.upto 200mm. (two hundred milimetres) in thickness. including all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD, specification of 1990 volume-I as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Beams, cantilever, girders and lintels Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 Mtr. in depth in all heights from floor including carriage of all materials, labours equipements though all mods of transportation to various location with in all leads and lifts as per HPPWD, specification of 1990 volume-I as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Stair case with sloping or stepped soffits including risers and stringers excluding landing spiral stair case. including carriage of all materials, labours equipements though all mods of transportation to various location with in all leads and lifts as per HPPWD, specification of 1990 volume-l as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

(e) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20cm ( twenty centimetre) wide. including carriage of all materials, labours equipements though all mods of transportation to various location with in all leads and lifts as per HPPWD, specification of 1990 volume-l as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(One cement: Six sand: Twelve graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeters nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated, curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth, including carriage of all materials, labours equipements though all mods of transportation to various location with in all leads and lifts as per HPPWD, specification of 1990 volume-I as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 sand: 8 Graded stone aggregate 25mm (twenty five milimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in breast and retaining walls etc.including carriage of all materials, labours equipments though all mods of transportation to various location with in all leads and lifts as per HPPWD, specification of 1990 volume-l as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty milimetres) nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated so as to give a compressive strenght corresponding to M-20 grade and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work,but including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts in:- (a) Suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their support, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever. including carriage of all materials, labours equipments though all mods of transportation to various location with in all leads and lifts as per HPPWD, specification of 1990 volume-I as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge
