Dismantling of fencing posts/ struts of any description (wood, steel or RCC) embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc. including taking out embedded portion and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.
Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.
Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for complete all as specified and directed.
Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.
Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, flats and MS round bars but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.
Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing for hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and counter sunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts ans struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
