Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 30.5 metre height, 20 sided polygon flag Mast for carrying National flag of 20ft x 30ft size made out 3 shafts having minimum 4mm galvanised (hot dip) Steel plates conforming to latest IS standards with upto date amendments etc. complete upto the satisfaction of EIC as required. The job includes the following: i) Supply of 30.5M Flag Mast shaft shall be in three sections, hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity 55 m/s or as per IS 875 which ever is higher. ii) Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates. iii) System for raising Lowering of Flag shall have double drum winch, 6mm dia stainless steel wire rope and integral power tool for the raising and lowering of Flag. Suitable control panel shall be provided for reversing operation of Power tool motor. iv) Supply of System of 02 nos. LED type Aviation Obstruction light with suitable size & length of copper armoured cable. v) Painting of Flag Mast i/c PU painting of High mast shaft with a coating of etch primer, primer and PU paint.

Supply of National flag of size 20ft x 30ft in 100% knitted polyster (140gsm), with UV protected colours, with reinforced super-strong nylon webbing on all 3 sides & rope / toggle sleeve suitable for fixing on 30.5mtr Flag Mast as per site condition and as per Flag code of India

Supply & Erection of 5M high hot dip galvanised octagonal pole suitable to mount 1 no. non-integral flood light fittings at the top & control gear box mounting arrangement at bottom including supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, etc.

Supply of non-integral flood light luminarie with 350W LED Floodlight and its control gear box. Arrangement supports for mounting CG box and luminary on foundation.

Construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete 1:2:4 suitable for 30.5 Mtr highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site with all required materials, labour and soil investigation. Design to be approved by reputed institutions like IIT, NIT, JNTU etc. Including the erection of the flag mast with the help of suitable equipments and assembly of operating system and national flag supplied etc. complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm)

Supply of XLPE insulated, FRLS PVC outer sheath, Extruded Innersheathed aluminium conductor armoured power cable, extruded PVC Type ST2 sheathed, 1.1KV grade confirming to IS7098 (Part-I)1978 with upto date amendments etc as required fro the following sizes. 4 X 16 Sq.mm.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 X 16 sq. mm (28mm)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. upto 35 sq. mm

Supplying and fixing of 1 row 12 modules Outdoor Weatherproof cabinet - IP 65 - IK 09 - Class II Conform to EN 60439-3, Door and cabinet fully reversible with minimum Spacing between rails 150 mm suitable for mounting MCBs (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) (Equivalent to Make: Legrand Model : 6018 31 Plexo3 box)

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "B/C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. A) Single pole, 6A , B Curve

Cutting bitumenous/cement concrete road/runway to a depth of 10 cm with. Refilling the same and making good the same to the original finish etc complete as required.

Providing and laying of following size 'B' class GI pipe medium class in the in a trench at a depth of 0.5 meter complete including excavation, refilling, cutting and alignment of pipe providing check nut, Couplings, long bends etc. as required. (Make: JINDAL / GST / TATA / ZENITH / JST / BST)
