Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modualar) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) & Extra foir brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level (By manual means)

Centring and shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of form work

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete

Suspended floors, roofs, landing, balconies and access platforms.

Edge of slabs and break in floors and walls Under 20 cms wide.

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand).

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in whiten cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggreagate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work ( wood work).

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc.: Internal work-Exposed on wall 15 mm dia. nominal bore 15 mm dia. nominal bore

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked, with cover & suitable locking arrangement of Finolex, Sintex or Vectus or equivalent make & making necessary holes for inlet, outlet & overflow pipes but without fittings & the base support for tank

Providing & fixing 15mm nominal bore C.P. brass angle valve for basin mixer and gyser points of approved for conforming to IS : 8931

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 liter low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS:7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, includingpainting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required White Vitreous China Flat back wash basin size 550x400 mm with single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar tap.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal for wash basin completely recessed at the back for the reception of pipes and fittings.

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS : 8931

Providing and laying in position PVC drainage pipe including all fitting complete job. Finolex/Supreme made 4" dia :- 20ft

carriages of materials by mechinical transport incl. loading, unloading and stacking complete.

Sand for an lead of 30 kms.
