Water Bound Macadam: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specification size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three-wheel 80-100KN static roller in stages to poper grade and camber, applying and brooming, requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405 Hand blasted boulder. Prome Coat Medium Porosity: Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (CSS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning road surface and spraying primer @90-1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Tack Coat: Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (CRS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggreagates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000m laid over a previously preapared surface with paver finish to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504.

Semi-Dense Bitumen Concrete-Providing and laying semi-dense Bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch HMP produching an average ouput of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specific grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd grade level and alignement rolling with smooth wheelled vibratory and tendem rollers to achieved the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508.complete in all respect.(including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0km from quarry and carriage of mixeed materials upto 10.0km initial lead from mixing plant) (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)
