Part A- Services

Providing services on day to day basis (For all working days in a Month) for plumbing related civil maintenance work like repair and replacement of all sanitary fittings, cistern, all water supply line etc. Rate is inclusive of all required T&P, all consumable items except fittings & pipes. (Fittings shall be provided by the department) all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing services on day to day basis (For all working Days in a month, only for 6 hours per day) for sewerman related civil maintenance work like removal of chowkage in sanitary and sewer lines in the colony etc. Rate is inclusive of all required T&P. (Services shall also be taken for assistances in Plumbering/ Carpentary etc. releated work) all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing services for carpentary related to civil maintenance works (Once in a week,4 days in a month) like repair of all doors, windows, doors and windows fittings etc. Rate is inclusive of all required T&P, all consumable items except fittings. (Fittings shall be provided by the department) all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing services on day to day basis (For all working Days in a month, only for 6 hours per day) for maintenance of existing plants (trees/shrubs/Flower beds), Cutting of grass in lawns uniformly at important locations / compounds including their required watering, weeding, trimming/clipping and manuring etc. and disposal of garbags at approved municipal dump, all complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing services for Miscellaneous work like Aluminium Partition/ Carpentary/ Plumbering related maintenance work as per the direction of the Engineer -in-charge . (One day services will be measured as one job for payment purpose). (T & P are inclusive in basic items).

Cleaning of silt saplings, fungi, dust etc. and washing tank with lime water and disinfecting with bleaching powder using @ 150 gms. of bleaching powder for 1000 litre tank and keeping it in the tank at least three hours before flushing clean. Sludge silt should be disposed from the compound to safe municipal dumping site. The details of the tank, capacity are given below (The rate is inclusive of updating the date of cleaning.

Cleaning of Sewer lines, Manholes and side drains including complete removal of earth, silt, slush, brick bats, garbage and other refuses and disposing off the same to an authorised municipal dump outside of compound complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including required dewatering complete.

Manholes of depth beyond 0.90Metre

Removal of sludge from Septic Tank and cleaning the same in and around with water including disposal of sludge to an authorised municipal dump outside of compound as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Capacity of septic tank shall be measured for payment).

Cleaning of Sewer lines, Manholes and side drains including complete removal of earth, silt, slush, brick bats, garbage and other refuses and disposing off the same to an authorised municipal dump outside of compound complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including required dewatering complete.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
