Material and labour for soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6 walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonry in Cement Mortar 1:4, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/ DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.2 mtr dia x 3 mtr effective depth complete as per TD drawing No AF/TD/STRU/236 Sheet No 1/2 and 2/2.

Supply and fix as in repairs powder coated anodised aluminium frame (section weighting not less than 1.40 Kg/mtr) made of square/ tubular aluminium section for door with one or more riveted jointing cleats for fixing etc. and provision of aluminium door shutter (single/ double shutter) including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber gasket aluminium anodised snap beading, screws, necessary hold fast including concreteing 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregates, aluminium hinges 3 nos 100 mm long for each shutter, 150 mm long aluminium floor door stopper,necessary locking arrangement, both side 150 mm cleat type aluminium handle including 5.5 mm thick tinted glass pane area exceeding 0.50 sqm in each pane fixed in panels with aluminium guard bar complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix, 3 ways sliding anodized aluminium glazed window shutter with frame with the following specification (a) Frame 50 mm x 65 mm x 1.5 mm Thick (b) 35 mm x 35 x 1.5 mm Z section in stiles, rails (c) 35 mm x 35 mm x 1.5 mm T section mullion (d) two shutter with PVC gasket with 4 mm thick tinted glass, including aluminium handles with necessary locking arrangement and one shutter with stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples

Supply and fix, Drapery Rods, fancy type, made of mild steel conduits with PVC insulation, 20 mm bore having fancy end knobs at each end, fixed with rawl plug to wall as in curtain rods complete all as directed by Engineer-In- Charge. Note:- Quality and design shall be approved by GE after physical verification.

Supply and fixing LED luminaire 600mm x 600mm square type 34 to 36 watt, 220V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed including taking down of old one.
