Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exc 10 Sqm on plan for laying of cable and getting out, compete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, earth including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick each layer, complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L Dry and clean fine sand for cable cushioning to underground cable protection, complete all as specified. (Excavation and earth work shall be measured separately). Note-Punned down thickness shall be measured.

S&F in repair Cover to underground cable with one layer of bricks using sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size) laid flat across the cable complete all as specified. (Excavation and earth work shall be measured separately).

S&F as in repairs XLPE insulated, armoured,1100 volts grade, heavy duty cable of size 240 Sqmm nominal cross section, 3.5 core (confirming to IS 7098-1985), flat or circular, PVC FRLS insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of galvanized steel wire or tape and over-all PVC sheathed in service connections, laid in trenches, duct, through pipe, in floor, on pole including jointing and testing, complete all as specified .

S&F as in repairs XLPE insulated, armoured,1100 volts grade, heavy duty cable of size 95 Sqmm nominal cross section, 3.5 core (confirming to IS 7098-1985), flat or circular, PVC FRLS insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of galvanized steel wire or tape and over-all PVC FRLS sheathed in service connections, laid in trenches, duct, through pipe, in floor, on pole including jointing and testing, complete all as specified .

M&L for painting of LT Panel of size (131cmx111cmx37cm) complete with two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer and other necessary fabrication work like replacement of hinges, locking Knobs, bending and welding work required for hinges etc as per required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge

All as per item No 09 herein before but size (111cmx100cmx37cm) complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge

Supply and fixing in replacement Aluminium Bus Bar/extended strips of MCCBs, of suitable rating as per required size at site, complete all as specified and directed

M&L in repair of Outdoor type LT Panel/Feeder pillar by relacement of Front & Rear doors/shutters, made out of CRCA Sheet 3.15 mm thickness with necessary fabrication work like replacement of hinges, locking knob Bending, welding and paining with two coats of enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer matching with existing panel color as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement single run FRLS PVC insulated multicore standard shealthed cooper conductor cable of 25 Sqmm single core for internal wiring inside the LT Panel as per standered color coding for three phase and neutral including thimbling of suitable size with nut bolts and insulated from common bus bar to outgoing MCCB complete all as specified.

S&F of MCCB Microprocessor relase of capacity 400Amps, 4 pole, 415volt, 50Hz, rupturing capacity 36 KA (minimum) or higher, AC, 50 C/S, microprocessor relased, Adjustable overload 40-100 %, Neutral protection 50% to 100%, Conforms to IS/IEC 60947-2, ICS= 100%, inbuilt ground fault protection for 40-100%, Adjustable Overload 40-100%, ETM (with in- built Earth Fault protection), Adjustable short circuit 2-12 Ir, Provision of Thermal Memory: ON/OFF View Last trip information LCD: Indication of measurement and information, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs of MCCB of capacity 250 Amps, 4 pole, 415volt, 50Hz, rupturing capacity 35 KA (minimum) or higher, AC, 50 C/S, ATM (Thermal Magnetic) Release, Adjustable Overload 80-100%, Adjustable Short Circuit 5-10In, Ics = 100% Icu, Positive isolation, Trip free mechanism, Nutral with 100% Rated current, Bounce free Contact structor, complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item no 18 above, but 160Amps 35 KA, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing for laying pipe for crossing cable including getting out, disposal of rubbish off to a distance upto 50 Mtrs including 100 mm GI pipe light Grade, complete all as specified & directed.

M& L Earthling as in repairs and as specified including the following :- (i) Galvanised steel earth plate of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 metre below normal ground level. (ii) Earth plate surrounded by and packed with char-coal and common salt in alternative layers (n.exc 15cms each layer). (iii) 32x6 mm dia GI earth srtrip from earth plate to main switch board including necessary GI bolts, nuts check nuts, washers, thimbles etc. (iv) 40 mm bore light grade, GI pipe for protection to earth-strip. (v) 15mm bore, light grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horizontally to the earth pit. (vi) 50mm thick pre-cast cover of cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and MS angle iron 25x25x3mm frame including two coats of painting over a coat of red oxide to exposed steel surfaces. (vii) Excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling & removal of surplus soil to a distance upto 50 metre, all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning factory made, LT bus bar panel board cubical, Outdoor type, floor mounted double door, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 cycles, 415 Volts.IP 65 The panel board shall be made of 3.15 thick CRCA sheet for load bearing members shall be powder coated both side. Base frame of the panel shall be made of ICMC channel of size 50 x50 x 6mm, duly grouted on platform of size (0.8mx0.5m) made of brick work in CM (1:4), including 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:6) having minimum height of 450mm. The panel board shall be suitable for AC, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire supply complete with and comprising of the following:- (i) Epoxy insulated 400 Amps rated high conductivity aluminium bus bars, including aluminium lugs to connect the cable.
