Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal outside the MoD land distance exceeding 2.5Km but n.exc 3Km complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2, 100 mm thick (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) finishing cement concret surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete rubber moulded coloured tiles 300mmx300mmx22mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles including dismantling of existing tiles and removal outside the MoD land distance exceeding 2.5Km but n.exc 3Km complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for Rubber moulded coloured (Red, Yellow & Black) precast concrete interlocking paver blocks with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, shade as approved by GE, 80mm thick conforming to IS 15658-2006 M-40 grade and interstices filled with sand including 40mm thick sand cushion and including dismantling of existing tiles and removal outside the MoD land distance exceeding 2.5Km but n.exc 3Km complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for providing Precast cement concrete block Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) factory made as in Bed blocks,kerb stone etc with plain fair faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc.and setting in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of existing kerb stones and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of New or previously untreated concrete/ plastered surfaces of kerb stone and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, white or coloured/tinted over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of Old painted concrete/ plastered surfaces of kerb stone and applying One coat of synthetic enamel paint, white or coloured/tinted complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes in Soft/loose soil (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and raming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Joist , channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independly, without connecting plates etc (cut to ordinary length) Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250 quality A) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wiremesh, any type in any position and removing the unserviceable wiremesh from work site and removal outside the MoD land distance exceeding 2.5Km but n.exc 3Km complete all as specified and directed.

S & F fabric fencing mesh of size 100mmx100mm made of GI wire of dia 3mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 4mm in required colour and shade fixed in posts with nut and bolts including drilling holes, notching for wire, flat iron filets ( for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting to existing steel or new steel posts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire. staples or steel pins including taking down old complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (Each line of wire shall be measured )

Fixing only galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire. staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (Each line of wire shall be measured )

Supply and fix, punched tape razor edge concertina coil, 1000mm dia consisting of spirals with sharp edged tape of 0.5mm thick, crimpled to 2.6mm dia high tensile steel wire duly galvanized as per IS-4454 with scrapper barb having 51 to 53 spirals with 130 clips in each coil and weight of each coil 15Kg, coverage of per coil 7.5 Metre and fixed to MS frame work 'Y' shaped placed at 1.5m apart (appx) and tied with GI staples/clips to retain horizontally including dismantling old, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel / iron gates area not exc 10 Sqm each including hold fasts and re fixing the gates in the same opening including shifting and fixing of existing holdfast in plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 after raising the gate level including greasing, painting and other necessary minor repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 in any location, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with using retrieved subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4), but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved from demolition vide srl item No 19 here-in-before shall be reused after proper cleaning & washing etc.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removal outside the MoD land distance exceeding 2.5Km but n.exc 3Km complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint at any height including necessary scaffolding, ladder & formork etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided any location for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of RCC Jallies/trellis work (Jafri), including taking as under of battens in trellis (posts and rails measured separately) and removal outside the MoD land distance exceeding 2.5Km but n.exc 3Km complete all as specified and as directed..

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in louvres and jallies, 40 mm thick and Set in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of (reinforced) cement Concrete of any description and in any position and thickness and removal outside the MoD land distance exceeding 2.5Km but n.exc 3Km complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition

M & L for reinforcement cement concrete (nomial mix) 1:2:4, type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) for suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), work in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, windows cills, concrete railing, opening in concrete walls , floor and roofs n. exc 20cm wide and sides of RCC /PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n. exc 20cm wide

M&L for mild steel TMT bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for reinforcement cement concrete (nomial mix) 1:2:4 Type B-0 (12.5mm graded aggregate) for chajjas upto height 15-20 Mtr etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges upto height 15-20 Mtr, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of bricks or brick tile laid flat or on edge in channels, kerbs, aprons, floor etc. (each layer) laid, bedded, jointed and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick Sub class `B' laid flat on side of drain using old size of brick bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as dierected.

M&L for brick Subclass `B' laid on edge of drain using old size of brick bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as dierected.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in bed block benching, kerbs, mud stop, rounded or chamferred on edges, coping on edging of drain etc including necessary form work wherever required all including demolition, complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for excavation/desludging/desilting as in liquid/dry mud/foul conditions of any depth and cross section width 0.50m to 1.20m getting out from existing drain and cleaning the shrubs/grass from sides of drain including removing existing RCC cover slab of any size and thickness and resetting in the same position and removing the sludge outside the defence land in covered container complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 Cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raking out joints/ pointing to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge/flat and side of channels in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Flush pointing to bricks laid flat or side in CM (1:4) as in drain/channel, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for spreading and levelling sieved/screened sand free from pebbles/stones etc over transverse, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for saw dust free from solid particles laid over transverse, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) 20mm thick work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms, vertical surface of wall with fastener/screw also and like laid over 12mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including dismantling of same and removal outside the MoD land distance exceeding 2.5Km but n.exc 3Km etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Dholpur stone 16 to 18mm cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exc 0.25 sqm area and exc 0.5 sqm fixed with and incluing one number ss clamps (grade-202) of flat 30mmx2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastner, polishinh, rubbing & including silicon treatement over rendering 15mm thick by cement plaster (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even & fair on brick wall or concrete surface etc including dismantling and removal outside the MoD land distance exceeding 2.5Km but n.exc 3Km complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 66925.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
