Work of Regular Daily basis door to door collection of Garbage Non Industrial waste from Industrial Institutional Commercial Units Plots the above collected Garbage Non Industrial Waste shall be disposed from the site to outside the periphery of Industrial Area to the suitable dumping site identified by the contractor at his own cost to the full satisfaction of engineer in charge including all cost of T and P with all consumables loading unloading all lead and lift etc complete The contractor will be bound to follow all the rules and regulations orders of NGT RSPCB etc as applicable from time to time The scope of work includes i General cleaning of ROW ii Removal of overburden from ROW iii Collection of garbage on door to door collection method iv Transportation of the garbage debris overburden etc to outside the periphery of Industrial Area to the suitable dumping site identified by the contractor at his own cost and risk to the full satisfaction of engineer in charge v Contractor has to engage minimum 02 nos labours for General Cleaning Sweeping Jungle cutting etc vi Contractor has engage 01 no JCB Hydrualic Excavator 3D Machine once in a month alongwith 02 nos Tractor trollies Tipper vii Contractor has to engage 01 no Tractor trolley per day and 2 nos labour per day for the above mentioned work viii Payment of work will be done on monthly basis ix Deduction of payment of Rs 3663 will be done in case of default and equal amount of penalty will also be charged from the contractor x If contractor fails to supply labour machinery the rate should be deducted a Labour Rs 350 per day b Tractor-trolley with driver Rs 1155 per day c Hydraulic Excavator 3D Machine Rs 7875 per day
