Material and labour for matt pattern recaning to seat and back of chair varandah steel with 4mm wide plastic cane of standard quality including scraping and cleaning the old existing painted steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surfaces and providing 04 Nos rubber shoes to each chair complete including removing old existing broken/ unserviceable plastic cane complete all as specified and as directed. (Drg No FD-256, FD-359)

S&F PVC seat and back made out of 4mm thick sheet of PPCP for chair varandah weight not less than 1.85 Kg (each chair) including scraping and cleaning the old existing painted steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surfaces and providing 04 Nos rubber shoes to each chair complete including removing old existing broken/ unserviceable plastic sheet all as specified and directed.(Drg No FD/MAP-II/06)

Removing old unserviceable top of Teapoy Varandah (FD-383) made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with one side teak finish and other side white exterior grade with 6mm thick first class hard wood edging complete duly polished all as specified and directed. (FD-383)

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of teapoy verandah and spray painting in two coats with first grade white synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.(FD-383)

Supply and fix in replacement the following parts of Table Bed side as per respective drg all as specified and as directed (Drg No FD/E6/MAP-15R:-

(a) Top of size 450 x 450 mm made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board with one side teak finish and other side white, grade-I, exterior grade with 6mm thick 1st class hard wood (Teak wood) edging all around duly polished complete

(b) Back of size 450 x 500mm made out of 6mm thick plywood, commercial, BWR grade and duly Polished complete.

(c) S & F 18 mm MS Square pipe frame work pipe black powder coated complete

Removal of following existing unserviceable components as described below of various MAP furniture carefully without disturbing the adjecent parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismentled components including tightening the joints,pinning ,screwing, nailing, wedging,glueing, placing every things intact and welding, painting, polishing the disturbed portion, as applicable as per drg. Following directions will be followed for upholestry and polishing :- (i) Upholestry :- The cushion cover shall be of Make & Decore/Raymond furnishing/Vimal. Exposed surface of wood work shall be furnished with melamine polish (Colour and pattern shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge). (ii) Polish :- Make of polish shall be melamyne by Ashin paint as equivalent in Nerolac/Berger (as approved by Engr-in-Charge). Cont.....

The same shall be carried out strictly as per the instructions given below:- (a) Cleaning of wooden surface by sanding it with sand paper 180 grit. (b) Clean the dust using a rug. (c) Stain the wood surface using wood tech water based stain. (d) Dry the surface in open air. (e) Mix Asian Paint woodtech Melamyne with hardener and thinner in the ratio 9:1:3 (Woodech Melamyne (90) : Hardner (10) : Thinner (30) (g) Dry the surface in open air. (h) Apply two coats evenly. (j) Used sand paper on the surface of grit size 320 to 400. (k) Apply the coats till the required colour appears. NOTE : (i) The final colour of shall be approved by the Engr-in-charge. (ii) Works will be executed where the furniture exists in different User Units /Md Accn of GE(C) including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-charge
