Discaling the condenser by recommended chemical discaling compound/hydrochloric acid by soaking method disconnecting condenser from the system by taking out nuts, bolts, studs valves and MS/GI pipe line from both side cover cleaning each tube with nylon brush, flushing with alkaline solution, connecting back both side cover including replacing leather gasket 4 mm thick for following capacities of condenser suitable for AC plant capacities installed as indicated below complete all as specified and directed and all as per manufacturer’s instructions and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (a) 12.5 TR condensing unit.

(b) All as per item 1 herein before but 30 TR condensing unit.

Cleaning of cooling coils and air filters as below of Air Handling Unit following capacity at air conditioning plant shown against each. i) Removing air filters and refixing back after cleaning with air blower and water spray to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. ii) Cleaning cooling coil with wire brushes and air blower and water spray (without damaging the fins) after cleaning with Scal gun AI or equivalent chemical i.e HCL and wash with clear water. (a) 12.5 TR Air Handling Unit.

(b) All as per item 3 herein before but 30 TR Air Handling Unit.

Cleaning and Discaling the cooling tower by recommended chemical discaling compound /hydrochloric acid by soaking method disconnecting all filters, fins etc from the system by taking out nuts, bolts, studs and cleaning with nylon brush, flushing with alkaline solution and reconnecting all the filters and fins for AC plant complete all as specified and directed and all as per manufacturer’s instructions and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and dismantling of open type compressor of central air conditioning plant and reinstalled in its position with correct alignment after cleaning, over hauling testing and commissioning of reciprocating open type compressor of cap 12.5 TR Make: Accel model SMC 65 including grinding and polishing of crank shaft, replacement of unserviceable parts (as ordered) charging of compressor oil and refrigerant completely up to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- (i)The spare parts required for replacement, compressor oil’ refrigerant (R-22) shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Any minor parts such as split pins, screws, washers, etc. required for commissioning of work shall be supplied by the tenderer and rate for the same shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against the item]. (iii) Following parts required for commissioning of work shall be supplied by the tenderer and rate for fixing shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (iv) All spare parts shall be of make ACCEL.

Note: The spare part required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately as “Supply and Fix”.
