Removing of old unserviceable top from FIBRE TABLE OF SIZE 1830x750x900' and S&F new top made out of 18/19mm thick exterior grade pre-laminated particle board, teak faced, ISI marked with 04mm thick teak wood beading all-around the top of table all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Replacement of old unserviceable front and rear legs from existing Fibre table and S&F the same size new front and rear legs made of MS tubler 25 mm dia should be fitted to Fibre table along with duly one coat of synthetic enamel black paint and refixing new four legs all as shown on drawing and as directed.

S&F in replacement PVC shoes to Fibre table complete all as shown on drg and as directed.

Welding to broken joints of Fiber table all as directed.

CHAIR STEEL PAD WITH ARMS/CHAIR WRITING STEEL ('S'- TYPE) (FD-TP)

Replacement of old unserviceable seat of chair writing steel ('S' Type) with new seat of 12mm thick plywood commercial quality (ISI marked) covered with 50mm thick foam and best quality of Leatherite . Fixing shall be including all minor repairs and wedling etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M & L for dismantling of old unserviceable upholsered portion of sofa set five seater ( five pieces, i.e, two with arms and three without arms) by removing old tornout tapestry cloth, markin, hessain cloth, coir fibre, cotton layer and cane stick and repairing and tightening of frame work changing springs wherever required and renovate the sofa set with new cotton teasted, 12mm thick cotton layer, 50mm thick coir layer, hessain cloth, markin cloth , all outer portion of sofa set shall be covered with 1" cushion 32 density of "Sleep well" with proper leveling and tapestry cloth (Cost of the tapestry cloth shall be less than RS. 300/- per meter) and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Spring shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of sch 'A'.
