Excavation for Structures (Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. (I) Ordinary Soil (A) Manual Means (II) With dewatering (iii)Upto 3 m depth
Chipping of deteriorated concrete and removal of all loose & friable materials and fully exposing rusted reinforcement followed by proper cleaning and removing of rusts and other foreign materials using sand blasting/ emery cloths/ wire brush etc. including formwork as directed and specified by the department complete
Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy
Sealing of crack / porous concrete with Epoxy Grout by injection through nipples complete as per clause 2803.1.
Supplying and applying two coats of zinc rich anti corrosive protective coating with nitozinc primer/Floarm Coat ZP or equivalent @0.20 Litre per sqm over thoroughly cleaned & prepared steel bar including formwork as directed and specified by the department complete
Supplying and applying Epoxy based bonding agent Nitobond EP of Fosroc Chemicals or Masterbrace 1414 of BASF/Rearmbond EBA or equivalent @ 0.50 Lit pe sqm after totally saturating the cleaned concrete surface with clean water for proper bonding of old and new concrete including formwork as specified and directed by the department complete.
Concreting of the structure with free flow nonshrink cementitious microconcrete with Rendorec RG/Rearmcrete MC or equivalent after proper mixing with cleanwater including formwork followed by proper curing for 28 days as per manufacturer's specifications complete and as directed by the Department .
Providing and applying Dekguard E2000 or Masterseal 878 of BASF or Rearmcoat anticarb or equivalent a high performance anticarbonation protective coating system,over the primed surface using an airless sprey or roller at right angle to each other @ covarage 5 Sqm per litre per coat @200 micron wft/100 micron DFT with an intercoat period of minimum 12 hours @35ºC. The covarage per litre for two coat shall be 2.5 Sqm @200 micron DFT. The protective coating system should have Co2 diffusion resistance not less than 240 mm equivalent of air thickness and 60 cm equivalent of 30 N concrete along with water vapour transmission resistance of less than 1m (taywood method), the coating should have static crack accomodation of not less than 2mm (BRE) and adhesion greater than 1 N/sqmm as per BS 1881
Structural Strengthening with carbon Fibre Wrapping: Patching in depression of concrete surface wherever necessary by laying epoxy putty , Nitocote VF of Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent @ 1 Lit per sqm after proper surface preparation and proper scraping of concrete protrusion as specified and directed by the department complete including formwork .
Structural Strengthening with carbon Fibre Wrapping: Applying Nitowrap 410 saturant Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent with wet film thickness @ 250 microns (0.27Lit per sqm) over a coat of saturant epoxy primer Nitowrap 30 of Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent @ 0.11Lit per sqm with brush followed by fixing carbon fibre composite system Nitowrap EP (CF) of Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent by pressing on the saturant and impregnate the same by applying a final coat of Nitowrap 410 saturant Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent as specified and directed by the department complete including formwork.
Structural Strengthening with carbon Fibre Wrapping: Applying two coats of UV resistant coating Nitowrap 512 of Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent over fibre system having wet film thickness of 100 micron @ 0.11Lit per sqm as specified and directed by the department complete including formwork.
Supplying, fitting and placing TMT bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications : (ii) Super ductile (SD) TMT Reinforcement bar of Fe 500 N/ Sqmm
Labour for replacement of bearing complete as per technical specification (Cost of bearing to be paid extra)
Labour for lifting of superstructure span by jacking up from below i.e by placing the jack on peir/ abutment caps for span length of upto 30m (Cost of bearing to be paid extra)(Rectification of bearing as per technical specifications) (B) Lifting with constructing auxilary structure upto 6M height including dismentling and removal of same
Replacement of Expansion joints complete as per drawing
Strip Seal Expansion Joint(Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70 mm, complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instruction for installation).
Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level elastomeric bearing conforming to IRC:83(Part-II) section IX and clause 2005 of MoRTH specifications complete including all accessories as per drawing and technical specifications.

Mastic Asphalt (Providing and laying mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29 (binder having penetration as (15+/- 5) at 25 deg. centrigrade), prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing anti skid surface with bitumen pre coated fine grained hard stone ships of 13.2mm nominal size at the rate of .005cum per 10 sqm. and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center tpo center in both direction , pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces not less than 1000C, protuding 1mm to 4mm over mastic surface , all complete as per clause 515 .( including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry.) (ii) Thickness=40mm

Construction of precast RCC railing of M30 Grade, aggregate size not exceeding 12 mm, true to line and grade, tolurence of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 mm, leaving adequat space between vertical posts for expansion, complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
