Painting or varnishing on iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials ,labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work . But for every Coat on Previously Painted old wood or steel work.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using Galvanized M S wire guage of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions wire of dia 0.06 mm , for door windows and clerestory windows with hinges and neccessary screws : 35 mm thick shutters, with ISI marked stainless steel butt hinges of required size . Second class teak wood .

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (Having brand logo with ISI, IS:3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width form 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc, complete.

Providing an fixing ISI marked oxidised MS Handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. complet 125 mm

Providing an fixing ISI marked oxidised MS Tower bolts black finish (Barrel type ) with necessary screws etc. complet 300x10 mm

Providing an fixing ISI marked oxidised MS sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc complete 300x16 mm

Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 60m.

Providing and applying plaster of putty 1 mm thickness over plasterd surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth Exterior Paint of required shade: Old work (Old work(One or more coat applied@ 1.43 Lt/10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface (ace Adv, Walmasta) Asian, berger.
