Construction and Maintenance of OR-27-737 L290-PS Road To Tujer under PMGSY IV (Batch-I)

BT Road Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per MORD technical specification cluase 201.1. & direction of Engineer-in-charge (by manual means).

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking theunserviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000m as per clause202.1of MORD specification for Rural roads & as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, inaccordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankement location with a lift of up to 1.5m and lead up to 1000m as per techincal specification clause 302.3

Excavation of roadway in ordinary rock with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, transporting to embankment site with all leads and lifts, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections as per Technical Specification Clause 302.of MORD and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of roadway in hard rock (requiring blasting) by drilling, blasting and breaking loading and disposal of cut rocks with all leads and lifts trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections as per Technical Specification Clause 302 of MORD and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of roadway in hard rock (blasting prohibited) by drilling, blasting and breaking loading and disposal of cut rocks with all leads and lifts trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections as per Technical Specification Clause 302 of MORD and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 by mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Construction of Granular Sub-Base (Grading III) Mterial (As per IRCSP:77-2008) Well Graded Granular Sub-Base Material spreading in uniform layers with grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator and compacting with smooth wheel roller at OMC to achieve the desired density,complete as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 401 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade & camber, applying & brooming, crushable screening/Stone Screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & compacting to the required density as per Clause 405 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.(With Moorum Sand addmixture) Grading -II
