1100 volt grade heavy duty XLPE cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire and overall PVC sheathed of size 25 sqmm nominal cross section 3.50 core laid in trenches, fixed to pole or passing through pipes including all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts washers complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m deep for foundation of poles/stay/cable etc including getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to cable with dry fine sand in trenches 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm above the cable after laying, complete all as specified and directed.

Bricks laid in trenches flat with width equal to length of brick for cable protection well burnt sub class 'B' laid across the cable complete all ad specified.

Supply and laying in repairs 40mm dia GI tubing light grade with all fitting laid in trenches or fixed on wall or along pole complete for protection of electric cable/strip, complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level. connecting to the GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolls, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 15mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with lugs 02 Nos and handle of 6mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering , perforated at bottom. 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate. charcoal and common salt filling with fixing arrangement, funnel wire mesh and earth work in soft soil returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meters all as per electrical plate 3 of SSR-2009 Part-I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. NOTE :- (i) Item of earthing includes cost of 7.5 m long GI wire of size 4 mm dia with protection pipe of 15mm dia GI medium grade, any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order based on SSR rates enhanced by (-) 10.00%. (ii) On testing after completion of earthing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost.

Sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable of size 6 sqmm and one single core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable green colour of size 6 sqmm as earth lead in & including PVC conduit medium grade not less than 25mm dia ISI marked incl taking down old unsv, complete all as required at site or directed.
