Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & laying concrete in laysers not exceeding 9"tick to the required level including cost conveyance and royalty of all materials with all taxes and compacting waterign curing and all labour with T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly-Ash Brick work with Fly-Ash bricks 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) for brick work finished smooth to brick masonary etc. Complete.

16 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) for brick work finished smooth to brick masonary etc. Complete.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of MS Door, Window & Grills etc as per design and specification as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.

Fixing Vetrified tiles in dados ,floors treads or steps risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles etc. complete.

White washing two coats with Shell lime including cost of all labour etc. complete..

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved shade on new work two coats to give an even shape etc. complete.

Providing for fixing G.C.I. Sheet in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys wind ties etc. excluding cost of fitting etc.complete.
