Maintenance of Water Supply System Repairs Servicing of 33KV 33KV Outdoor Sub Station Filtration of Transformers Oil and other Electrical Works at Verna Clear Water Pumping Stations

Repairs , Servicing of 33KV Outdoor Sub-Station ( New and Old Sub Station Structures) by :i) Cleaning of all the Sub Station equipment's like Current Transformers, Potential Transformers, Lightning Arresters and HT insulators, using Provar anti track , tightening of all terminations etc. replacing corroded bolts, nuts , washers, burnt/damaged lugs etc. ii) Repairs , Servicing of Air Break Switches by Cleaning contacts of all 3 phases using Aerosol electrical cleaner, adjusting the gap, replacing all corroded bolts, nuts washers etc., applying petroleum jelly to all contacts and making free the operation of the Air Break Switches, iii) Cleaning of Sub Station Chain mesh Fencing by removing Creepers, etc. Complete as directed by Eng ineer-in-Charge

Oil Filtration of 2 nos., 33KV/3.3KV, 2000KVA Transformer and OLTC Chamber at Verna Pumping Station , with required tools & tackles, including draining of Oil in drums if required and refilling after filtration , Complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and Topping up of Transformer Oil , make Power Oil or equivalent for 2 nos., 2000KVA Transformer and OLTC Chamber at Verna Pumping Station.

Supply and Replacement of Silica gel of 1.50Kg Capacity breather of 33KV /3.3KV , 2000KVA Transformer at Verna Pumping Station.

Supply and Replacement of Silica gel of 1.00Kg Capacity breather of 33KV /3.3KV , 2000KVA Transformer at Verna Pumping Station.

Servicing , Testing and Calibrating of protective relays of 33KV/3.3KV control panels including repairs, replacing of contacts if required , Circuit wire tracing and rectifying, confirmation of healthiness of tripping or alarm Circuit etc. Complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of Fixed Contact Assembly for CTR make, EN 16 type , On Load Tap Changer moving mechanism of 33KV/3.3KV , 2000KVA Transformer at Verna Pumping Station.

Supply of Transition Resistance Assembly (1 Set =3nos.) for CTR make, EN 16 type , On Load Tap Changer moving mechanism of 33KV/3.3KV , 2000KVA Transformer at Verna Pumping Station.
