Filling of core wall for two leaf stone wall dismantling and re-fixing portion with brick works in lime mortar 1:2 (one part of lime mortar and two part of sand) using Second class ground moulded Chamber bricks size 9" x 43/8" x 23/4" inclusing cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., all complete complyinig with standard specification.

Weathering course concrete with broken jelly 20mm size and pure slaked lime over RCC roof slab, the proportion being 32:12.5 for required depth of 80mm for giving required slope and thickness of roof on required, well beaten with wooden beater etc, complete with standard specifications.

Providing flat bricks on the terrace top using two layer of specially manufactured superior quality chamber moulded terrace brick of size 150x75x25mm for heritage works laid with lime mortar 1:1.5 (one lime and one half sand) and the joints of bricks raked up to receive lime mortar plastering to be done over the roof surface. The flat bricks should be laid in such a manner with proper slope and gradient that the rain water gets discharged easily through rain water outlet pipes freely. The quality of lime to be procured from Pollachi shall be of best and high calcium oxide content quality. This flat bricks shallbe subjected to curing for a period of 7 to 10 days and after which loose lime particles will be removed and the joints raked up to take up lime mortar plastering (two layers)

Plastering with lime mortar 1:1.5 (one part of limet and one point five part of sand) ,25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges,curing etc,complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting two coat with approved water based Exterior Emulsion over the cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including clearing preparing the surface curing in all floors including brushes etc., complete as per specification. -10 m 2 ( S.I. No 358 )

Supplying and fixing mild steel grill Gate including cost conveyance of all materials and fixing in position including priming coat etc complete with standard specifications.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Scaffolding charges for Vimanans and gopurams with casurina posts coconut or plam trees wherever necessary for main, form work and providing with Non Flamable Shaded coverings, providing ladder arrangements, country wood plant for working, inspection etc, complete hire charges only for erection, maintenance and removing the same on completion of the work1 sq,ft.

Providing Two legged Scaffolding using 15cm Dia blue Gum post or Best quality Bamboo / casurina post of 4m overall length (3m ht + 0.5m Projection + 0.50m into the Ground), 3.50 -6.00m and 6.00 to 8.50 the Distance between the Two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of post being 2m ht both upto 18.00m ht etc., complete complying as per standard specification for Height 3.50 m - 6.00 m
