S&F in replacement fully automatic star delta starter for 3 Phase, 415V, 20 HP rating induction motor for cooling tower containing electric over current protection relay range 13-- 19.5Amp with external CT 960 Amp, AC-3, 25 Amp contactor ratin g and back up protection HRC fuse of suitable rating etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make - HAVELLS of cat code 1HPASDM2/L&T/SIEMENS/ABB – 01 Each. Taking down existing water storage tank and S&F rotational moulded polyethylene multilayer water storage tank of capacity 1000 litre (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position on existing wall, stage, roof or RCC staging inclu ding complete connection of inlet and out let pipe, tank nipple, float valve etc. fixing of GI pipe (over flow) & washout pipe to the nearest rain water drain complete all as specified and as directed. - 01 Each. Disconnecting from mains/taking out existing unserviceable/defective Cooling towe r motor of capacity 20 HP of any size, type, and make including disconnecting all electrical connections removing from foundation transporting to repair workshop disconnecting unserviceable burn out winding completely including insulating mat erials and rewinding of the complete stator with super enameled copper wire of ex isting size applying proper insulation ‘F’ class varnish drying in oven, assembling, transporting back to site, re-installating, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. - 01 Each. M&L for taking out old MS pipes and Supplying & laying , testing & commissioning mild steel (Heavy) 'C' class pipe of size 100 mm dia on exposed surface / undergr ound (in trenches) including welding works, connections with existing chiller/cond enser water line, chiller/condenser pump, fabrication of bends, MS flange, tees, re ducers, shoe, support ( brick masonry block & wooden support for underground / MS angle- clamp & wooden support for exposed surface ) along with priming coat of steel primer as per standard specification complete all as specified & as directed - 18 RM. ditto- all as per item no 4 above but size 80 mm dia - 15 RM. ditto- all as per item no 4 above but size 50 mm dia - 08 RM. Disconnecting of electrical connection from panal board and Taking out electric mo tor pump of capacity 40 HP from the base plate of pump set after opening the nu t bolts and transporting the motor to workshop and after repairing the motor, re-ins talling & testing complete all as specified and as directed. - 04 Each. Opening the electric induction motor of capacity 40 HP and taking out the unservic eable winding wire complete and cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with supe r enamelled copper winding wire of gauge same as existing gauge including all other insulating material, (i.e. cotton tap, PVC tap, PVC sleeve glass pipe, varnish) complete all as specified and as directed. - 04 Each Job. M & L preparation of surface by removing old paint by scraping with scrap paper/ sand paper and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on pipe lines (100/80 mm- approx 80mtr), sluice valves & NRV (80mm size- 11 Nos) , Pumping sets with base ( 40HP capacity- 04Nos), 200/250mm size header-11mtr etc including writing letters SM/MES No. on pumping set with letter size of 10 cm Hight complete all as specified and as directed. - 01 Each Job. Dismentling the defective FRP cooling tower gear box of Cap 220/230 TR of Make - Paharpur, and Overhauling the same by replacing defective broken/unservicea ble spare parts taper/ ball bearings, any type gears, main shaft kharad work, keys , nut bolt etc and including gear oil, greasing , servicing, cleaning and assembli ng, testing & comminssioning for satisfactory performance complete all as specifi ed & as directed. - 01 Each Job.
