Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Submission of insufficient documents required for Qualification of tender document as per K.W.1 of SBD will be technically dis-qualified.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

If the tenderers who have been failed to complete the work within the stipulated period in this Division pertaining to already entrusted works such tenderers will not entertained

the tender bidders should furnish EMD as stipulated in tender Notification as furnished in Standard tender Bid Document K.W.1

the available tender capacity will be calculated as stipulated in Sec-3 of KW-1 Corrigendums.

Even though the tenderers meet the above criteria they are subject to be disqualified if they have made any misleading or false representations in the forms statements and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirements and or records of poor performance such as abandoning the works not properly completing the contract, inordinate delays in completion, litigation history or financial failures etc and or participated in the previous tender for the same work and had quoted unreasonably high tender prices and could not furnish rational justification

Labour cess will be deducted at 1% from Each Bill of the executed items from the Successful tenderers.

the tenderer shall furnish all requisite details as per Standard Bid tender Document . they must carefully read all the tender conditions as stipulated in I.F.t and K.W.1 and relevant document shall be furnished. Otherwise tenders will be rejected.

Corrigendum pertaining to tender are applicable as per Government Circulars.

Successful tenderer has to make their own arrangement for procurement of all materials and machineries required for the work.

the tenderer should complete the work within the stipulated period, otherwise Security Deposit amount will be forfeited .Action will be taken for black listing of such contractors.

the Photos and Video graphs should be taken before commencement, during execution and after completion of the work in presence of nodal officers

the tenderers who meets all tender conditions stipulated inK.W.1 are only eligible

the undersigned reserves the Right to accept / reject any/ all tenders without assigning any reason.

the defect liability period on contractor is one year from the date of completion of the work.

Conditional tenders will be rejected.

the work shall be implemented within the grants allotted by the Government.

Contractor has to make their own arrangements for procurement of all materials and machineries required for the work. there is no departmental supply of materials. Contractor should procure materials and as defined in specifications prescribed in ISI and submit necessary quality control certificates from the authorized agencies before execution.

Within 20 days of receipt of the letter of acceptance, the Successful tenderer shall deliver to the employer a security deposit in any of the forms given below for an amount equivalent to 5% of contract price plus additional security for un balanced tenders. Bankers cheque /DD/pay order in favour of EE Panchayath Raj Engineering Division, Bangalore Urban District, Bangalore/Specified small savings instrument pledged to EE Panchayath Raj Engineering Division, Bangalore Urban District, Bangalore otherwise the E.M.D. will be forfeited and necessary action will be initiated against the tenderer as per tender Clause

the Furnished E.M.D. will be released only after successfully execution of the tender Agreement by the successful tenderer or 30 days from the date of submission of tender whichever is earlier.

Each item rates are Exclusive of GST 18%. bidder should quote the rates Exclusive of GST for each item.
