1 Whether the firm registered under The Companies Act, 1956 and further amendments. The bidder should be Indian company having hundred percent (100%) Indian Ownership. The bidder should have their registered office in India.

VII Office Furniture and Equipment (Rental): The cost shall include rental charges towards all such furniture and equipment as required for proper functioning of office. Office furniture shall include executive tables, chairs, visitor chairs, steel almirahs, computer furniture, conference table with TV for VC etc. Office equipment shall include as a minimum 1 No. A2 Printer and 1 No. A3 Laser Jet, Colour and B/w photocopier with A3 & A4 input, Desk Top PCs (5 No.), Engineering Plan printer (1 no.), binding machine (1 no.), plotter A0 size, overhead projector, AC (4 no., 1.5 Ton), Water Coolers, RO system etc.
