Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc excl ashlar facing dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair face of brick works or concrete surfaces of walls with CM (1:6) and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces on external walls, using liquid water proofing admixture @200 ml per bag of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specfied and directed. Note :- Rate of liquid water proofing admixture shall deemed to be include under this item.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces concrete surface of ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 including dubbing coat required at site, finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of distemper oil emulsion on newely plastered wall surfaces including preparation over and including 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004 alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior emulsion paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon addtitives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors & pavings not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) (unreinforced) complete all as specified and directed.
