(a) Bulk purchase [minimum 80 percent of net procurement quantity] will be made only from those sources who have obtained the final prototype clearance from CLW/RDSO/BLW/PLW for the Hall effect Active Speed sensor for Traction Motor of 3 phase locomotives conforming to CLW specification CLW/ES/3/0528 Alt-A of November 2012 as on tender opening date. (OR) The tenderer must be OEM of the IGBT based 3 phase Drive Propulsion Equipment and must have obtained prototype clearance from CLW/RDSO/BLW conforming to RDSO specification RDSO/2008 /EL/SPEC/0071, Rev-5 of June 2016 as on tender opening date. (b)For Development Order upyo 20% of NPQ, orders will be placed on those firms whose, Capacity cum capability assessment and prototype clearance have obtained from the CLW/BLW/PLW/RDSO before bulk supply. Else their offers shall be summarily rejected.

It shall be the responsibility of the bidders to quote correct HSN number and corresponding GST rate. Offers with PVC will be summarily rejected.
