M & L for cement concrete floor 40 mm thick type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, finished even and smooth by using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc Grade Fe 410 -W (Grade E- 250) quality A . (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete/PVC) set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

S& F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls, complete all as specified and directed.
