Supply, Installation, Testing and commisioning of Hot air heater for space heating of capacity 50000 Kcal/ Hr (ductable) suitable for operation with diesel/ kerosine, fuel filter, burner, blower fan, automatic digital, temp controller control panel, complete with visual control, safety instructions and load relay lines fuel tank incl all masanory work as per following specifications :- Make : Top mind Industries Pvt Ltd (a) Heat output = 50000 Kcal/hr (b) Hot air temperature = 40° c (c) Temperature rise = 60° c max (d) fuel Consumption = 3.0 Ltr/ Hr (e) Thermal efficiency = 90% (f) Electric Supply = 220 volts 50 Hz (g) Temperature Control = Automatic (h) Fuel = Diesel/ kerosene

Supply, assembly and erection of GI sheet with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed,insulation incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc of size 18 Gauge, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductors of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 volt grade drawn in and including rigid PVC casing caping accessories lain on wall/ceiling surface and fixed with PVC saddles and back-plate and GI screws, including PVC insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuous wire connected to common earth and PVC Board for housing like switches, sockets, fan regulators etc all as directed for following :- (a) One light point controlled by one switch

All same as per item No 3 here-in-before but with conductor of size 2.5 sqmm (Nominal area) for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board complete and earth continuity wire with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: For item SI No. 3 & 4 wiring circuit in PVC casing caping to be taken from main DB only.

S&F switch piano flush type 5 Amp, single pole, one way complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Socket outlet 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 and 15 amp flush type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F wall mounted LED batten, extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation & integrated electronic driver 20 W Led 4 K complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 x4 sqmm + 1 x 4 sqmm as earth wire PVC insulated stranded copper conductor including non metallic rigid PVC casing caping duly ISI marked, fixed on wall ceiling with GI screws, rawal plugs (Surface wiring) with all fittings incl taking down old unserviceable wiring complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for ceiling rose surface bakelite 65x 50 mm two to three terminals complete all as specified and directed.

S&F recess mounted pressure die cast LED down light 12 to 18 watt with ceiling cutout dia 155 mm and height 45 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 2 x2 feet LED fitting light 34/36 watt suitable for armstrong/ grid ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of GI/CI pipes and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting piont complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in and including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying tubes medium grade galvanised with all fittings laid in trenches of size 25 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of existing GI water main pipe line ypto 50 mm bore in position for making branch connection (insertion of GI Tee) including excavation and earth work complete all as directed. Note : GI fittings such as tee, elbows, collar, reducer etc joint and jointing material for fixing of cast iron fittings shall be measured and paid separately.
