Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM (bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified.

M&L for 25mm thk PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of floors complete all as specified.

M&L for Glazed ceramic glossy finish tiles coloured in vertical surface 450X300mm and 8-10 mm thickness in any pattern of light & dark/ highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic tiles colour tiles 7 to 9mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified. Note : Work will be in patches or in bulk

M & L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including and over 10mm th screed bed in CM (1:4) and pointed in white coloured cement to match, in floors etc. complete all as specified.

M & L for digitally Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.72 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including and over 10mm th screed bed in CM (1:4) and pointed in white coloured cement to match, in floors etc. complete all as specified.

M & L for Virified Ceramic tiles in skirting 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles match as the size of floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm backing coat in CM (1:4) and pointed in white coloured cement to match, in floors etc. complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for heavy duty outdoor vitrified tiles dark or light shade /double charge /ultra charged 12-15 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match shed of tiles over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete.
