SH-I: SITC of Iron Removal Filter, MGF,ACF and other associated works

Supply,Installation,Testing and Commissioning of 10000 LPH new generation Iron Remover Filter,vertical cylindrical type, FRP vessal complete with UPVC/PVC frontal pipings with suitable number of valves and pressure gauges for Service,Backwash,Rinse etc alongwith initial charge of iron remover filter media & underbed supporting bed media (as per OEM design) & other accessories complete as required and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge (Maximum operating pressure of 3.5 kg/sq cm or as per OEM).

Supply,Installation,Testing and Commissioning of 11000 LPH new generation Activated Carbon Filter,vertical cylindrical type, FRP vessal complete with UPVC/PVC frontal pipings with suitable number of valves and pressure gauges for Service,Backwash,Rinse etc alongwith initial charge of activated carbon filter media & underbed supporting bed media (as per OEM design) & other accessories complete as required and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge (Maximum operating pressure of 3.5 kg/sq cm or as per OEM).

Supply,Installation,Testing and Commissioning of 13500 LPH new generation Multigrade Filter,vertical cylindrical type, FRP vessal complete with UPVC/PVC frontal pipings with suitable number of valves and pressure gauges for Service,Backwash,Rinse etc alongwith initial charge of coarse & fine sand filter media & underbed supporting bed media (as per OEM design) & other accessories complete as required and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge (Maximum operating pressure of 3.5 kg/sq cm or as per OEM).

Supplying, Installing, testing and commissioning of Sodium Hypochlorite dosing system consisting of one HDPE tank with lid of 500 litres capacity with positive displacement diphragm dosing pumps(One Main and One Standby) having variable flowrate of 0- 15 lph alongwith initial filling of Hypochorite solution and necessary electrical connections. The motor shall be suitable for operation at 240 V / single phase / 50 Hz Supply. The pumps shall be supplied complete with necessary polypropylene piping, valves, strainers, low level switch and injection fittings. The pump shall be speed & stroke control Asia LMI / equivalent make. Motor shall be of energy efficient type meeting the latest BIS / ECBC guidelines complete as per site requirement.

Supplying and laying of approved make 2" UPVC pipeline alongwith UPVC plumbing fittings such as Tees, crosses, plugs, sockets, elbows, reducers, Union, sleeve pieces, checknuts, gaskets,nuts/bolts & other accessories etc including cutting of pipe , fixing of UPVC plumbing fittings using UPVC adhesives etc as required for making necessary connections as follows: a)From existing underground Sump1 to Multigrade Sand Filter b)From Multigrade Sand Filter to Activated Carbon Filter c)From Activated Carbon Filter to Iron Remover Filter d)From Iron Remover Filter to underground Sump2 (Note: All UPVC fittings for necessary pipeline connections are to be arranged by the Contractor and Linear measurement will be carried out considering pipe and other pipeline accessories)

Mechanized/Manual Cleaning of Underground sump of dimension (Length 4.6 Mtrs, Breadth 4.2 Mtrs, Depth- 2.5 Mtrs) including disposal of silt and rubbish etc complete as required and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The cleaning shall consist of following operations: 1. De-watering of sump. Agency shall make own arrangement for de-watering pump and necessary piping. 2. Entire surface area (walls, floor etc) of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with scrubber, cleaning detergent etc. to remove algae,sludge etc and pressure washed with high pressure water jet . 3. Removal of sludge from the bottom of the tank 4. Final cleaning of tank with water and Application/Spraying of Anti Bacterial chemicals to ensure total sterilization of the tank from inside

Making Core cutting of diameter upto 3 inch in the cement concerete of the Underground sump of thickness 20 cm and making necessary finishings after laying the pipe

Supply of non-clogging self-priming submersible pump having CI casing & SS impeller suitable for operation on 415V, 50Hz AC supply with discharge capacity of minimum 15 cum/hr and head of minimum 15 Mtr, motor of required capacity , non-sealed construction, Insulation Class H complete as required and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply of MS stand for submersible pump set supplied by OEM/fabricated as per OEM recommendation for fixed floor mounting in the sump, painting with approved primer and two coat enamal paint as per the specification complete as required.

Installation, Testing and commisioning of submersible pumpset alongwith suitable Stand in the underground sump including Grouting,fixing of MS Stand & pumpset in position using all fasteners,clamps,nut,bolts etc complete as required.

Supply & Installation of DOL starter panel board suitable rating for operating the above mentioned Motor-pump set with 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC power supply including terminations/connections etc as required.

Supplying, Fixing, Testing and Commissioning of Butterfly Valve (Manual) with CI body, SS disc, SS stem, nitrile/EPDM rubber seal, ‘O’- ring & PN 16 pressure rating alongwith bolt, nut, washer as per following sizes etc complete as required (Including 2 Nos UPVC flanges). a) 50 mm dia

Supply & fixing of Flap Type NRV of approved make with CI body, SS disc, Seat nitrile/EPDM rubber and PN-16 pressure rating alongwith bolts, nut, washer, gaskets, O-ring complete etc as required (including 02 Nos UPVC flanges). a) 50 mm dia

Supply and installation of Flanged Water Meter & 02 Nos Slipon Weldable Flanges of 2" (50 mm) including cutting of existing 50mm pipeline,welding of 02 Nos Flanges, fixing of water meter in position using nut-bolts,gaskets etc complete as required

Supply of 3C X 2.5 Sq.mm.,PVC insulated and PVC Sheathed flat industrial cable for Submersible Pump motors, 1100 Volt, conforming to IS 694 etc complete as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of upto 35 Sqmm size in the existing RCC/ HDPE/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including form work etc as required.

Supply and fixing of canopy made up of PVC Plastisol coated corrugated sheets supported with the help of Mild Steel (MS) purlins, rafters and fixed on 04 Nos suitable Length MS Tube/MS Square Pipe truss which in turn are grouted in PCC Post including cutting, welding, grinding, buffing, polishing, painting with approved steel primer and two coats enamel paint on all MS Structures and fitting the same with necessary fasteners, nuts, bolts etc of required size and necessary accessories etc complete as required so that the canopy structure protects the proposed Iron Remover Water Plant (Iron Remover Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, Multi-grade Filter) from rain/sun etc.

Supply and Fixing of Air Compressor of Make: Elgi/Macshe/Similar with 1 HP, 3 Phase Motor, Make: CG/similar fitted with NRV, Valve, Hose pipe, Pressure Gauge, Air Tank, Pressure Switch, Safety Valve, Air Filter, Electrical Starter etc complete as required.

SH-II: AICMC of Iron Remover Plant All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (AICMC) of Entire Iron removal water Plant consisting of Iron Remover Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, Multi-grade Filter, Hypo Dosing System, Motor-pump set etc. by deploying of manpower with all required spares/consumables etc (except consumables as mentioned in SH:III) for carrying out Quarterly Preventive Maintenance, Attending Unlimited breakdown calls, repairing of leakages, maintaining maintenance record/report, replacing the damaged parts of all installed units related to Iron removal Plant, safe disposal of spent media etc. alongwith carrying out 02 visits/Month for backwash/regeneration of filter medias & ensuring satisfactory working condition as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the manufacturer and instructions of Engineer-in-charge for maintaining the system(s) in acceptable functional, operational and serviceable state. Note:The Annual Comprehensive maintenance contract shall start after the completion of DLP of 01 year and 01 Quarterly preventive maintenance is treated as 01 Job
