Taking down ceiling fans of any sweep and size including cable connections and disconnecting of fan blades and removing the fan with blades to store yard for carrying out the repairs i.e cleaning, rewinding, greasing and filling, bearings, painting etc and after the repair hanging the fan in its original position or any other position including its fitting and fixtures and M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spraying machnine after preparation of surfaces by cleaning all dust and filling cavity with filler, reassembling the fan etc including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Contractor's quoted rates shall deemed to be included the following (i) Taking down fan and refixing the same position or any other position complete with its all fittings and fixtures to make it complete functional and testing complete. (ii) All minor repairs including greasing, oiling, prepartion of surface including filling to receiving a coat of paint (iii) Painting of fan complete including marking MES number etc with black paint. (iv) The works such as rewinding , replacement of bushes, bearings, fan blade, canopy, U clamp etc shall be measured and paid separatelyunder the items here-in-before.

M&L for rewinding of burnt fan motor with super enameled copper wire suitable for ceiling fan of sweep 1200 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 02 above but of size 1400 mm sweep.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ball bearing No 6201/6202/6203/6204 suitable as per the site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of gun metal copper alloy bush suitable for existing ceiling fans up to size 1400mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI rod of size 15 mm dia and up to 1 m long including painting with white colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI rod of size 15 mm dia and length from 1mtr to 1.5 mtr including painting with white colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete.

S&F in replacement of ‘U’ clamps with nuts, bolts , washers and split pins heavy duty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of heavy duty rubber reel suitable for any size of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of canopy of suitable size for any size of ceiling fan including nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ceiling fan blade suitable for 1200 mm sweep size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ceiling fan blade suitable for 1400 mm sweep size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of louvers for exhaust fan of size 375mm to 450mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

All as per item No. 15 here-in-before but of size upto 300 mm sweep.

Supply and fixing in replacement of fastener for Exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of exhaust fan blade of size 300mm to 450mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down wall mounting/cabin fans up to 300mm sweep including cleaning of dust, oiling and greasing of bush/bearings etc and re-fixing the same in its position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for cleaning of dust, oiling and greasing of bush/bearing, oscillatory knobs and refixing the pedestal/air circulators of 300/600mm sweep of any make and size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L in replacement of compact motor 230V AC with plastic housing of wall mounting fan for 300/400 sweep winding with super enameled copper wire of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L in replacement of wall fan blade 300/400mm sweep as per exisitng model complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of guard frame for wall fan blade 300/400mm sweep as per exisitng model complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of wall fan main body with base, knob & clamp for 300/400 sweep as per exisiting model complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of modular fan regulator 120 watt, 2 module, 230 volts, 50 HZ, AC complete all as specified.

M&L in replacement for rewinding of burnt motor for pedestal fan 400/450 mm sweep with super enameled copper wire of suitable size complete all as specfied and as directed by Engineer -in- charge.

M&L in replacement of pedestal fan blade 400/450mm sweep as per exisitng model complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of capacitors 2.5 to 3.15 Mfd complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
