Renovation of Water Distribution system of tube wells by carrying out the following works :- S/o Motor Protection Assembly having Earth Leakage protection, Phase sequence corrector, Single phasing protection, Over load protection, High voltage-low voltage protection, Time delay power on Programmable time switch (i.e. RYB Phase & facility to change over from automatic to manual & vice versa up to 10 HP., Make: Gain guard/Skope.

Supply of RCCB 63 Amp, 4 Pole with earth fault indicator and positive contact indication protecting a circuit automatically in the event of earth leakage , Sensitivity:300 mA, Confirms to IEC:61008-I/IS:12640-I, Make:-.Havells/L&T/SCHNEIDER/DJB Approved

S/o Double flanged G.I pipe of 50 mm dia. medium class each of 3 mtrs long duly threaded on both ends welded and fitted with G.I flange on both ends having the slot for sub cable. DJB SOR 2021-22 Item Code -45.1.93, Make:- Tata/Jindal

Supply of MCCB 63 Amp, 4 Pole, Breaking capacity at 415 V: 36 KA, Confirms to IEC:60947-II/IS:13947-II, Make:- Schneider/C&S/DJB Approved.

Supply of AC Ampere meter 96mmx96mm square shape of range (0-150 Amp)., Make: Bentex/Capital

Supply of AC Volt meter 96mmx96mm square shape of range (0-600 volt)., Make: Bentex/Capital

Supply of fully automatic Star Delta Starter upto 10 H.P, 3 Phase 415 V,50 Hz AC., Make- Capital/Bentex/DJB Approved.

Providing & fixing of indicating lamps RYB along with complete wiring of above Electrical components and with suitable size copper conductor wire ( 6sq mm , 4 sq mm , 2.5 sq mm & 1.5 sq mm ) and suitable size ferrule/socket of required size insulating board i/c replacement of old and damaged components with above mentioned materials. Job i/c Testing & commissioning of complete panel board on load as per site requirement.

S/o M.S. clamp of 600 mm length duly fabricated from 12.5mm thick 75mm wide M.S. plate for holding the pipe of 50mm dia.

S/o Tail piece of the medium class G.I. pipe 500 mm long with one end threaded as per outlet of pump & another end flanged as per size of G.I. pipe 50mm dia. Make of pipe: TATA/Jindal

S/o Bore cover approx size 1’x1’ made out from 6mm thick M.S. sheet in 2 halves & a circular hole in centre 2-1/2” dia. with locking arrangement by Nuts & bolt.

Renovation of various tube wells by dismantling of pipes and other allied Mechanical equipment by opening/cutting of nut and bolts as required, opening and re-jointing of cables and replacing the required components etc. by using following materials. Testing commissioning of T/well as per site requirement. The work including all arrangement of man and tools tackles such as tripod, chain pulley pipe wrench etc. and remodeling the damages up to standard if occurred any.
