Item No 01 : Design and Construction of block of Single living accn for 40 Nos student officers with stilt parking (S+5) with permanent specification including RCC frame structure, fly ash brick masonry in super structure , pre- construction ATT, APP water proofing treatment, grit finish plaster on external wall, mosquito proofing complete all as specified in soil bearing capacity report, design basis report, drawings and tender documents.

Item No 02 : Design and Construction of block of Single living accn for 35 Nos student officers with stilt parking (S+5) with permanent specification including RCC frame structure, fly ash brick masonry in super structure , pre- construction ATT, APP water proofing treatment, grit finish plaster on external wall, mosquito proofing complete all as specified in soil bearing capacity report, design basis report, drawings and tender documents.

Item No 03 : Design and Construction of block of Servent Qtr for 70 Nos servent (G+4) with permanent specification including RCC frame structure, fly ash brick masonry in super structure, pre- construction ATT, APP APP water proofing treatment complete all as specified in soil bearing capacity report, design basis report, drawings and tender documents.

Item No 04 : Design and Construction of block of Servent Qtr for 66 Nos servent (G+4) with permanent specification including RCC frame structure, fly ash brick masonry in super structure, pre- construction ATT, APP APP water proofing treatment complete all as specified in soil bearing capacity report, design basis report, drawings and tender documents.

Item No 05 : Design and Construction of pump house building with permanent specification including RCC frame structure, pre-construction ATT, APP water proofing treatment, fly ash brick masonry IN super structure , etc complete. Under Gp VII (iii) for Pump House complete all as specified in soil bearing capacity report, design basis report, drawings and tender documents.

Item No 06 : Design and Construction of Sub Station bldg with permanent specification including RCC frame structure, pre-construction ATT, APP water proofing treatment on roof , burnt cly brick masonry in super structure , etc complete. complete all as specified in soil bearing capacity report, design basis report, drawings and tender documents.

Item No 07 : Design and Construction of UG sump 40000 gallon capacity with permanent specification RCC structure in wall,foundation and dome , necessary water proofing treatment to bottom and wall of sump including all earthwork,PCC bed for foundation,cement base paint to wall externally complete all as specified in soil bearing capacity report, design basis report, drawings and tender documents.

Sch 'A' Part-II (External Electric supply) Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for (External Electric supply) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II against the lump sum price inserted by the MES.

Sch 'A' Part-III (External Water supply) Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for (External Water supply) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-III against the lump sum price inserted by the MES.
