Providing sand stone slab for roofing and laying them in cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) over wooden karries or R.C.C. battens (Karries and battens to be paid separately) including pointing the ceiling joints with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand ) complete :Red sand stone slab 40 to 50 mm thick

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand)
