Schedule 'A' Section - I

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas, and similar suspended work and removing rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and Labour for form work chulla hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges for fair finished surface of concrete, complete all as specified.

Material and Labour TMT steel bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over a coat of chalk whitening complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on surfaces of walls by using appropriate technique as approved by Engr-in-charge for complete removal of all layers of old treatment and reaching upto old plastered surface including filling up all cracks with Shalimar tar plastic (STP) crack filler and also, make good to plastered surface for the area n. exc. 0.01Square metre , if any and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with painting roller over 1mm thick wall care putty white cement based in two or more coats to achive smooth surface over prepared surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulders masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar incl all quions, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified

Material and labour brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required, hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates, hook and pintle hinges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, wind ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 1mm thick and 100mm dia angles (internal or external) or nozzle pieces (Out lets) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 110mm dia UPVC, rain water drain pipe, type ‘A’ , conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, fixed to wall, complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall be confirm to IS 5382-1985)

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore UPVC (SWR) plain bend any radius including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified. (Note- UPVC bends shall be confirm to BS 4515 DIN 19531 and DIN 19534)

Supply and fixing for 110mm dia UPVC, soil waste drain pipe, type ‘B’ , conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall be confirm to IS 5382-1985)

Supply and fixing in repair, 75mm dia UPVC, soil waste drain pipe, type ‘B’ , conforming to IS 13592-1992, double socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, fixed to wall including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall be confirm to IS 5382-1985)

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) reducers complete all as specified and directed. (Note- UPVC bends shall be confirm to BS 4515 DIN 19531 and DIN 19534)

Taking down wooden chowkats or frames area exceeding 1.50 Square metre and not exceeding 4.00 Square metre (w/o taking off shutters from frames) including iron mongries and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, steel window box type, primer coated, comprising ERW Hollow `P’ section of size 60mmx25mm of 1.25mm wall thickness frame, single rebated, skeleton shutter (suitable for wire gauge), made of ERW section 50mmx20mm of 1mm wall thickness, and operated leaf side hung, without glazing bars but including Flat iron 12mmx03mm for securing wire mesh, dove tailed or welded/revitted welded to frame of shutter, and openable shutter prepared to receive wire gauge, complete , including cutting holes four Nos for each window and making good disturbed portion in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, including following fittings welded to frame/shutter :- (a) Hold fast 150mm long out of 25x6mm flat iron made to shape - 04 Nos each window (02 Nos on each side). (b) Handle of `Z’ section 20x25mm, 100mm long - 01 No (each leaf). (c) MS tower bolt 150mm long - 02 Nos (each leaf). (d) `Z’ section 20x25mm, 100mm long stopper - 01 No (each leaf). (e) Cleat 55mm long of hollow square section 15mmx15mm of 24 gauge wall thickness, welded to hinge of 55 mm size - 01 No (per leaf). (f) MS box type hinges of 75mm size - 03 Nos (per leaf). (g) Fabrication and fixing compete as per approval & drawing. Note(s) : - (i) Wire gauge and painting shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Design shall be approved from the Engineer-in-Charge as per Drg No CEAF/STD-185/2012 sheet 1/2 to 2/2 before fabrication and bulk order to the manufacturer.

(b) Handle of `Z’ section 20x25mm, 100mm long - 01 No (each leaf). (c) MS tower bolt 150mm long - 02 Nos (each leaf). (d) `Z’ section 20x25mm, 100mm long stopper - 01 No (each leaf). Supply and fix, factory made box type steel section ventilator, with box type section double leaf shutter for glazing and wire gauze with pintol hinges, 01 No 150mm long Mild Steel tower bolt, steel handle to each shutter (steel handle dovetailed or welded), and with one shop coat of red oxide / zinc chromate primer, complete all as specified and shown in drawing duly fitted with all fittings , welded to frame/shutter including cutting holes for hold fasts & making good in PCC 1:3:6 Type C-1. Note(s) :- (i) Wire mesh & glazing shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Design shall be approved from the Engineer-in-Charge before fabrication and bulk order to the manufacturer(s) as per Drg No CEAF/STD-186/2012, sheet 1/1.

Supply and fixing 5.5 mm thick, tinted glass exceeding 0.5 Square metre in each pane to aluminium door/window with glazing clips, rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated mild steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nanital or similar pattern roof covering complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Pre-painted galvalume aluminuim zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick, conforming to IS-15961 of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete, all as specified and as directed. Note- The sheets shall have (150 gm/sqm total on both sides) with super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965.

Supply and fixing of Pre-painted galvalume aluminuim zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete, all as specified and as directed. Note- The sheets shall have (150 gm/sqm total on both sides) with super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specially provided complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel, rolled sections as in main or cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlin where connected to comman rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to grade Fe-410(Gde 250), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (not exc 2 Sqm each ) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid, coloured ceramic 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm tiles, as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over cement screed bed , complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured/printed tiles 450mm x 350mm x 6 to 7mm thick on vertical surfaces as in skirting, dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, laid over and including 10mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:3), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Harrison rails, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc. 25 mm dia with brackets etc complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc. 250 ltr and not exc. 500 ltrs and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing water storage tank 500 ltr capacity HDPE triple layer, confirming to ISstandard, fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including provn of over flow pipe, air lock pipe, brass valve high pressure with polythene float and flynut , ISI marked, screwed and suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 15mm dia including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing of 15mm dia tubes, medium grade, galvanized, ISI Marked, with all fittings such as sockets, bends, elbows, tees etc, fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors, including cutting existing steel tubing and screwing, if required for alterations and additions, complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing steel water tubing of 15 mm bore in new or old position with all new fittings as required, laids in floor , wall and on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 20mm dia including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing of 20mm dia tubes, medium grade, galvanized, ISI Marked, with all fittings such as sockets, bends, elbows, tees etc, fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors, including cutting existing steel tubing and screwing, if required for alterations and additions, complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing steel water tubing of 20 mm bore in new or old position with all new fittings as required, laids in floor , wall and on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description but not exceeding 1.00 Sq.m each from chowkhat and removing from site complete all as specified.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 Sq.m but not exceeding 2.00 Sq.m each, from chowkhat and removing from site complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) as in fixing of hold fasts, copings, bed plates,kerbs or mud stops, lintels upto 1.50m span, plinth courses , seismic and other bands and the like, finished the surface fair and even, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note- If reinforced concrete, reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing factory made flush shutters 40 mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, ISI marked complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 35 mm thick, 2nd class hard wood, partly or fully glazed and skelton shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass ,gauge etc divided into squares with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred beads, rebated sash bars any numbers for securing glass, etc or partly with panels of 9mm BWP commercial ply etc with size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, section 8 clause 8.24(a) or to match with existing shutters etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Suppling and fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet, reinforced with M.S. square tube and fixing in opening as per specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Suppling and fixing Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M. S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M. S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C` channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M. S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, fixing in the frame as per specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing earthing continuity conductor, aluminium strip 25X3.15 mm , and removing to store for keeping safe custody for refixing and making good to surface complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down existing Air termination single pointed aluminuim Rod 12 mm dia 300 mm long removing to store for keeping safe custody for refixing and refixing the same after completion of civil work complete all as specified and directed .

Refixing of earthing continuity conductor aluminium strip 25 X 3.15 mm with saddles and screw, etc.drawn through conduit in trenches / under floor /on wall or on roof including insulator complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing mild steel butt hinge of 100mm length, cold rolled, medium weight, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel, semi-barrel tower bolt 200 mm , open cover, with sheet pressed barrel, stove enamelled black with bright bolt complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing new or previously untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for preparation of old surface of wood and wood based materials over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed . .

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surface of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 sq.m on plan and not exceeding 1.50m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete, all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PVC /SGSW drain pipe of any bore jointed in cement mortar including PCC bedding/hunching, and taking out of trenches with fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for concrete bed to drain pipes of 110mm dia including packing under and hanging against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type-D2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate , complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in repair, for 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with L type or J type or cranked hook bolt in roof, wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing Factory made pressed steel frames of size 105 x 60 mm for doors fabricated from 1.25 mm thick sheet, with one or more rebate including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc. and one shop coat of priming including plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) in filling of door frame complete ,all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting holes in brick wall built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts, depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of jamb into the wall exc half brick but not exc one brick and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required.

Supply and fixing 300 mm aluminum anodised sliding door bolt, ISI marked, with hasp, staple (bolt type) complete with clamps bolt not less than 16mm dia and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded section and fixing bolts an sliding bolt of extruded section or cast aluminum alloy, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing handle of extruded aluminum alloy, fabricated type, anodized 125mm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodized with hard drawn steel spring, overall length of cover plate 140 mm, ISI marked, vulcanised rubber piece complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, angle iron chowkats for door ,barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railings, and similar work conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repairs stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of apperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness size, quality or description) from wooden/ steel frames, glazed with putty or fixed with wooden beads/ metal pins, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing sheet glass 4 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden bead in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for welding in repairs exceeding 2.5 cm but not exceeding 5 cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded not exceeding 6 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for easing of steel/wooden window by cleaning, removing dust, mortar, paint spot, etc. from hinges and oiling the hinges, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 0.80 mm thick Plain, galvanized mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zink coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards(fibre pulp,insulation,etc)or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness, including cover fillets and snap grid complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 6mm thick Plywood, grade BWR, type BB, no of ply 05, fixed to timber framework with screws or nails as in ceilings complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Plywood (except plywood), fixed to timber framework with screws or nails as in ceilings complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 2nd class hardwood wrought plain fillets beading, etc. bull nosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge or face, in section, secured with nails or brads fixed as in repairs sectional area exceeding 3 Sqcm and not exceeding 6 Sqcm, complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling structural steel work including doors , gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (web, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc fixed in position,conforming to Fe-410(Gde 250), complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to floor, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 100mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete laid in alternate bays (area of each bay not exceeding 1.80 square metre),complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 1.00 Kilometre and not exceeding 1.00 Kilometre and deposited where directed complete all as specified nad directed.

Material and labour 5.5 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified nad directed.

Supply and fixing for 1.60mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in hearths, covering to door shutters, covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods, water tanks, water troughs, ducts, urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size, edges beaded if directed, holes punched, including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel framed work as in door chowkats, gate of angle or other section of grade Fe-290-Gde E-165 with gusset plate rails, braces etc welded/drilled to fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc. to be prepared for sliding or hanging with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive steel sheeting or other covering, running rails & guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of welded steel wire fabric fixed to wood or steel members, weight not exc 4 kg per square meter complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar exc. half brick and n.exc. full brick for inserting hold fasts,door frames, etc and making good disturbed portion in cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel butt hinge of 100mm length, cold rolled, heavy weight, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel pressed handle, oval type, stove enameled black, 150mm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 250 mm mild steel sliding door bolt, ISI marked, stove enameled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring(light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, pendent holders, light fittings etc. are to be measured separately) and making good distrubed surfaces of wall, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable flame retardant low smoke and low halogen FRLSH, 1100 volt grade for phase (red) and neutral (black), with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and incuding medium grade, ISI marked, PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia with accessories, concealed on wall/ceiling and incuding provision of 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable flame retardant low smoke and low halogen FRLSH, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including mild steel sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes made out of not less 1.2 mm thick mild steel sheet metal conforming to IS with earth dolly and coated with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally including provision of new 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover extended up to 25 mm over sunken box for housing the switches , socket outlets, fan regulators etc. with brass screws and brass washers and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing for one light/fan/exhaust point controlled by one switch one way switch 6 Amp. Note :- Switch, socket and fan regulators to be measured and paid for separately . PVC Conduit confirming to IS 9537 part I & III. Note:- (All chases will be cut by chase cutter only).

Supply and fixing in replacement surface Mounted General Purpose, LED Batten type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 Watts, 230V, AC supply, decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp and connecting with twin twisted copper flexible cable of size 0.75 sq mm copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to connector of light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED surface mounted bulk head luminaries 10 watt with min 800 lumen, industrial model, IP 65, PVC housing, surge protection including driver & LED lamp, etc. complete with all accessories, connecting with copper conductor flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector of the light , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made sheet metal MCB distribution board SPN 4 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar single pole and neutral with double door IP-42 fixed on wall duly grouted in wall or on wooden board in and including copper lugs/thimbles duly crimped for connection, including making smooth the disturbed surfaces including removing old unserviceable enclosure complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in repair, MCB, Single Pole and neutral, AC supply, 240 volts, 32 Amps, 'C' series,10 kA rupturing capacity and making connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting of old earthing and replacement with galvanised steel earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth lead 4mm wire upto test point with suitable GI nuts/bolts and brazed properly up to main board including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel wire mesh and light grade GI wire protection pipe 15mm bore up to main board complete as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part-I 2009, connected to earthing testing point including taking out existing unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note - The units rate includes the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm GI pipe (medium grade) for watering 15mm GI pipe for protection of wire (light grade) funnel wire mesh PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 cast iron frame and 40mm thick RCC cover for pit etc & no extra payment will be made.

Amount of credit of Rs. 183824.40 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
