REPAIRS TO CHAJJA/PARPETS, PCC FLOORING, TILES FLOORING AND CONNECTED/ APPROACH PATH TO TECHNICAL AND ADMIN AREA INSIDE DRDL CAMPUS UNDER AGE B/R-I, KANCHANBAGH, HYDERABAD

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding /backing coat and removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description not otherwise specifically provided for as in floor/foundation etc., complete all as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in Cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

Cleaning of Roof gutter including water outgoing holes at any hight of bldg,work shop and hangers and removing the materials leaves, vegitation mud or oter waste materials to distance n exc 50m, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of drains by excavating of the filled earth. Vegetation and all forged material average width 45 cm & depth 50cm and removing the excavated material to a distance exc. 50m and not exc. 250m complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for repairing the edge/corner of chajja/roof projection and similar work by removing of plastered width/girth exceeding 15cm & n.exc 30cm and making good with 15cm rendering in cment mortar 1:3 to match with including chicken wiremesh netting on exisiting surfaces including necessary form work complete all as specified. (Note L- Height of building upto G+2)

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (with old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6.00m mean radious, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radious in half brick thick built in CM 1:6.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in flooring, foundation and mass filling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm grade stone agg)concrete 25 mm thick as floor even and fair to receive top layer complete all as specified and directed
