The gasket material of junction box shall be Polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The Junction Box shall be complies with requirements of the standards IEC 60998. Automatic street light switch NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of streets lights based on lux level of natural light. The sensor (nature switch ) along with suitable power contactor, MCB and support terminals should be enclosed in pole /wall mountable enclosure made out of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade special moulding compund (sintex make SMC Junction Box or equivalent as approved by GE ) conforming to IP-54. M&L Earthing complete as per electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part I with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm, burried directly vertically in ground in a pit of depth not less than 2.5 metres below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing wire protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 50 mm bore medium grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole/ test point. Watering pipe shall be 20mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be inclusive of excavation and earth work in any type of soil,charcoal, salt,funnel , PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & directed. Note 1- following items deemed to be included in quoted rate (a) Earth electrode. (b) Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point and further to equipment to be earthed upto 7.5 metre. (c) Material and labour for connecting earth electrode and earthing lead as specified. (d) Adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt as per direction. (e) All labour involved including testing of earth net work. (f) Excavation and earth work or drilling hole for electrode. (g) P.C.C. pit and C.I. cover. Painting to steel tubular swaged poles 9/11 mtr long complete (above the perimeter wall portion) including all MS work mounted on pole, earth protection & with pipe (if exists) with one coat of aluminium paint and synthetic enamel paint from top of perimeter wall / PCC coping and numbering of poles with white synthetic enamel paint on black back ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Disconnecting and dismantling the electrical connection and shifting of Lt Panel boards by disconnecting incoming and outgoing cable including all accessories including nut, bolt, washer and thimble etc complete and refixing of the Lt panel on staging by embedding the panel legs minimum 30 cm in ground/staging and adding a layer of PCC 1:2:4, 100 mm thick and re-connecting base of panel shall be atleast 45 Cm from ground level. All metal work like provn of glands, civil work etc shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
