Brick work at all levels & location using Ready mix cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including scaffolding, raking out joints above ground level simultaneous pointing below ground level, curing, scaffolding,etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) 115 / 230 mm thick brick work

Plain cement concrete using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including consolidation, finishing, curing, cost of form work, shuttering, centering etc. at all level and locations complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & laying rubble stone soling using spotless stones of consolidated thickness (150 mm) with stones vertically handset interstices packed with smaller stone chips, binding with murrum/crushed sand, watering, consolidating & finishing to required levels etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Kotah stone flooring / dado / skirting at all floors & levels using minimum 25 mm thick machine cut machine polished kotah stone slabs laid over cement mortar bedding as specified below, close jointed & pointed with matching slurry of cement, finished to levels, slope or plumb, curing including removing carefully existing damaged/ worm out kota flooring and dado & disposing off debris with in colony, complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) In flooring using Ready mix cement mortar 1:4, 20mm thick bedding (Kota stone supplied by department)

b) In dado / skirting laid over Ready mix cement mortar 1:3 backing 12 mm thick (Kotah supplied by Contractor)

Reinforced cement concrete (1: 1.5: 3) using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm max. size including consolidation, finishing, curing, etc. at all level and locations complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete at all floors & levels including, supplying, cutting, bending, fixing and tying in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire including cost of binding wire, labour etc.complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor & the same will not be measured for payment. a) With high yield strength deformed bars of grade Fe-500 conforming to IS 1786.

Providing centring shuttering Form work using PVC film faced plywood to get neat form finish surface for Walls, partitions, paradi , RCC bands including strutting, proping, staging, support etc. and deshuttring after the specified time, at all levels and locations all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 80 mm thick (min.) factory made rough finished interlocking paver blocks manufactured by M/s. Super tiles or other approved make having approved make and colour, shade, size, shape laid in pattern manufactured with cement concrete grade not less than M-40, including supplying & laying 50 mm thick stone dust evenly spread over the sub-base including consolidation of sub-base properly vibrating with the surface vibrator, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with fine clean sand and cleaning the surface including disposing off the debris out side of the colony etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Carefully removing the existing damaged A.C. sheet covering from structural steel frame work including scaffolding, tools, removing & cutting J & L hhoks, stacking at directed place and disposing off unservicaeable material inside colony at directed place etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Providing and fixing 0.5 mm thickness corrugated galvalume sheet for roofing system (M/s. JSW or approved equivalent make) for sloped roof / curved roof of any geometrical shape, ridge, facia, fins, projections and gutters etc., at all levels and locations with overlaps and neccesary ridges, fixing the sheet with suitable dia & length, self tapping SS Screws fixed with machine etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing in position the structural steel frame work using M.S.sections such as hollow rectangular & Square sections angles, flats, tee, square, bar, pipe etc including cutting, wastage, welding, tools, labour, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of steel primer and including fixing the frame in wall with necessary screws and rawl plugs or by welding, as per site condition etc complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work with old structural steel supplied by Deptt.

Cement plastering using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix mortar of approved make minimum composition of C:S is 1:4 suitable for internal plastering to wall and ceiling finished smooth over brick walls or concrete surfaces including acrylic based membrane curing of M/s Anuvi chemicals/Fosroc/Dr.fixit at all floors and levels, including scaffolding, removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris with in colony etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

a) 15mm thick.

Sand faced cement plaster 20 mm using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix mortar of approved make minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 suitable for external plastering over brick walls or concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering, including acrylic based membrane curing of M/s Anuvi chemicals/Fosroc/Dr.fixit at all floors and levels, including removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris with in colony etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC. (Scaffolding shall be paid under relevent item)

Painting plastered / concrete surfaces with two coats of exterior grade acrylic emulsionpaint of Apex ultima of M/s.Asian Paints of approved colour and shade over a coat ofapproved exterior grade primer of M/s. Asian Paints all as per manufacturer's recommendations and as per the approved sample including providing necessary scaffolding, cleaning the surface with water to remove all coating, dust, filling up cracks & crevices with approved putty, curing the surface etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats of Oil bound distemper of approved make & shade over two coats of approved primer consist of thoroughly scrapping oil bound distemper / white wash surface, applying a coat of approved cement primer, filling upthe cracks with approved crack filling compound, applying approved cement based putty to entire surface to fill up crevices, mild depression etc. thoroughly scrapping the surface, applying 2nd coat of approved cement primer over putty work , apply two coats of Oil bound distemper paint including necessary covering material and removal of splashing & droppings from floors, walls including scaffolding, ladder as required & disposing of debris within colony etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing second class teak wood in frames of required sections for doors, windows, ventilators, clear storey window, partition, railing, battens & rafters etc. wrought framed and fixed in position including providing and fixing M.S. hold fasts of size 200 x 30 x 3 mm embedded in concrete block of P.C.C. 1:2:4 and fixing frame in position, labour for removal of door shutter carefully and refixing the same including applying one coat of approved wood primer & two coats of synthetic enamel paint to the exposed surfaces and two coats of bituminous paint to the surfaces of frames in contact with masonry concrete etc. including removing the old damaged frames and transporting to Deptt. Stores and making the adjacent plaster good to match with existing surfaces, etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing 25 mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet in form of flush finish door shutter, manufactured by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Ex-cel sheet) or other equivalent approved make of white colour, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides including providing recessions for hinges and providing & fixing 3 nos 100 mm heavy duty S.S. hinges and 1 no. heavy quality SS aldrop 300 mm long with extra locking arrangement, 1 nos. of 100 mm Al. Bow handles with back plate and including making all edges to be smooth finish with mixture of PVC powder & solvent etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the EIC. (Note:- The entire door shall be jointless shutter.)

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position at all floors Aluminium sliding/top hung/fixed/ adjustable louvered windows & ventilators with rivit joint of specified size, made of integrated bronze anodised matt finished (15micron thick) aluminium section (extruded) , including for making exhaust fan frame work, handles of specified size etc, of approved manufacutres for following types with extruded sections of Jindal / Hindal / Aluminax or other approved equivalent make of approved sections with size and wights as directed for frames and shutters (including wastages if any) confirming to relevant IS specifications with all approved Bronze anodised aluminium fittings and accessories, latching fixture, 2/3 rollers with ball bearing of superior quality all as shown in the drawing including providing and fixing aluminium channel beading/glazing clips fixed with necessary bronze anodised screws, grouting the gap with sealant and including dismantling of existing window frame and shutter, glass and depositing same to dept store etc all complete generally as per drawing, specifications etc, all as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing in position at all floors, levels/ heights 18mm thick mirror polished marble stones for door & window framing work in single piece of approved shade, finished sizes as directed including machine cut/ hand cut, final cleaning, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, in line, level, plumb including removing existing window / door frame, shutter & fittings etc. and depositing the same at dept. store etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

a) 18 mm thick marble stone in overlapping & stepped pattern fixing the stone with ready mix cement mortar 1:3, 20mm backing & overlapping of 20mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive. (For door frame sides & top and window frame bottom cill) ( Note :Exposed surface on Elevation & exposed vertical finished face shall be measured for payment in sqm. Overlapping & edges etc shall not be measured. )

b) 18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished Baroda green marble stone for window jamb, bottom of lintel, door cill in single piece laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar including half round moulding & polishing of exposed face etc complete.

Providing & laying machine cut machine polished Cuddapah stones / Jet black granite as mentioned followings for kitchen platform top, vertical support/ shelves/ facia, beading etc. and including necessary cement mortar for backing/ bedding, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, slope, level, plumb, curing etc. as required including cutting of stone slabs, wastage, making cut outs wherever required, etc. all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

a) For platform top, upto 750 mm wide and upto 1800 mm length in single piece consisting machine cut machine polished on one side, 18 mm thick jet black granite stone fixed over 30 mm thick cuddappa stone with 1:4 ready mix cement mortar including providing cut out if any, moulding and polishing the edges etc. complete. (The toatl thickness of platform will be 80 mm)

b) For kitchen platform horizontal & vertical facia upto 100 mm wide machine cut machine polished on one side 18 mm thick jet black granite stone fixed with epoxy resin base (Arladite adhesive or equivalent) including round moulding and polishing the edges etc. complete.

c) 30 mm thick machine cut and both side machine polished Cuddaph stone for shelves including rubbing and polishing the exposed edges.

d) For platform vertical support, two 30 mm thick cuddappa stone with 1:4 ready mix cement mortar including providing cut out if any, moulding and polishing the edges etc. complete. ( The toatl thickness of vertical support will be 80 mm)

Providing & fixing wire mesh of size 25mm x 25mm x 10 gauge including fixing in position with necessary welding at all floors, wastage in cutting, transportation including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour & make over a coat of approved steel primer etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the Enginner-in-charge.
