SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROADS ALONGWITH FOOTPATH AT ARMED REGT AND SPL REPAIR TO STONE SET PATH FOR TANK CROSSING AND ROAD FURNITURE AT SURATGARH MIL ST

M&L for preparing black top bituminous surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor through air jet to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a premix/tack coat of catonic bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) confirming to IS:18887 at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 Kg per Sqm on bituminous road surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MaRTH specification for road and bridge work 2013, by sprayer operated on hot pressure mechanism and Providing and laying spreading 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) of Premix Bituminous Concrete with crushed aggregates of grading 2 as per design based on Job mix formula with 5.5% bitumen binder content (bitumen of Grade VG-30) by weight of total mix including heating bitumen to the required temperature, mixing bituminous concrete in automatic and temperature controlled hot mixing with electronic operated 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant, transporting the hot mix from HMP to work at site by tippers and laying, spreading uniformly by means of hydrostatic paver finisher and rolling and consolidating to the required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, complete all as per Clause 507 MoRTH (5th Rev) specification and as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Catonic bitumen emulsion for premix/tack coat and Paving bitumen of Grade VG-30 for Bituminous Concrete shall be used and procured by the contractor under his own arrangement and at his own cost. (ii) Cost of all the materials, T&P, labour etc. required for preparation of surfaces, applying tack coat, providing and laying bituminous concrete including procurement of bitumen as specified here-in-before, stone aggregates & sand, cement etc., rolling and all other elements required for entire completion of the job shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item.

M&L for applying evenly a premix/tack coat of catonic bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) confirming to IS:18887 at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 Kg per Sqm on bituminous road surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge work 2013, by sprayer operated on hot pressure mechanism complete all as per Clause 507 MORTH (5th Rev) specification for road and bridge works 2013 and as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a premix/tack coat of catonic bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) confirming to IS:18887 at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 Kg per Sqm on bituminous road surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge work 2013, by sprayer operated on hot pressure mechanism and M&L for providing, laying, spreading premix bituminous macadam with crushed and graded stone aggregate mixed together with 4% of paving bitumen of grade VG-30 by weight of total mix including heating bitumen to the required temperature, mixing bituminous macadam in automatic and temperature controlled hot mixing with electronic operated 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant, transporting the hot mix from HMP to work at site by tippers and laying, spreading uniformly by means of hydrostatic paver finisher and rolling and consolidating to the required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with 8 to 12 tonne smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, complete all as per Clause 507 MORTH (5th Rev) specification and as specified and directed.

Note : (i) The contractor shall quote the rate against item considering 4% VG-30 bitumen content. Job Mix Formula as per CIause No. 505.3.3 of MoRTH (5th Rev) for BM shall be worked out from MNIT Jaipur/MBM Jodhpur/ Govt Engineering Collage/Lab/ CTL for obtaining Optimum Binder Content (OBC) by the Contractor without any financial effect to the Department and same be submitted to the Accepting Officer for approval. Any variation in binder content on Minus side shall be adjusted @ 42/Kg of binder and no adjustment shall be made on Plus side. (ii) The bituminous macadam (BM) shall be covered with top layer/wearing course within in a maximum of 48 hours. If there is to be any delay by the contractor the course shall be covered by seal coat to the requirement of Clause 512 of MORTH (5th Rev) before opening to the traffic. The seal coat in such cases shall be considered incidental to the work and shall not be paid for separately. (iii) Job mix formula shall be approved by CWE

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. and the like not exceeding 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed and confirming to IRC:35 and MoRTH Specifications, Clause 803.

Notes :- (i) Solar Stud shall be of Model “DA 110 (DHRUV)’ of make ‘DARK EYE’ or equivalent makes out of makes specified in list of makes. (ii) Reflector shall be positioned at the best eye guiding level so that drivers shall be warned from a safe distance.

S&F High Intensity Prismatic (HIP) grade retro reflective sheet in approved colour, cutting precisely in required shape & size, pasting on old/new stainless steel/mild steel/fiber sheet of sign board including removal of old unserviceable sheet where required and preparation of surfaces as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Make: 3M (HIP) Series 3930 or equivalent makes out of makes specified in list of makes.

M&L for providing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature ( where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts, bolts complete including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fastners, stainless steel bolts etc of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs/chequered tiles of any thickness, laid dry as in floors/aprons/path/hardstanding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand filling 25 mm thick consolidated thickness in floors below interlocking tiles and the like, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made precast concrete interlocking paver block (Red/Yellow) with grey cement and pigment (Rubber moulded coloured interlock Red/Yellow designer polished (Reflective type) Glossy finish tiles) of any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness and of Grade M-40 laid over sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Shape of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE. (ii) Sand cushioning shall be measured & paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.

M&L for factory made precast concrete interlocking paver block (Red/Yellow) with grey cement and pigment (Rubber moulded coloured interlock Red/Yellow designer polished (Reflective type) Glossy finish tiles) of any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness and of Grade M-35 laid over sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Shape of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE. (ii) Sand cushioning shall be measured & paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made precast cement rubber moulded concrete kerb stone of 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) of size 450x300x150mm with weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating , fixed in position to required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:4 including making joints with or without groove (thickness of joint shall not be more than 5mm except in curve portion) including making drainage opening complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders, gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited spread and leveled in layers not exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone sett paving of any description or thickness, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to stone sett paving complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor for stone sett paving complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for granite stone sett flooring with stone setts of size 200 to 250mm long, 150 to 200mm wide and 150mm deep and sides dressed; bedded in cement mortar 1:3, joints 20mm thick; grouted in cement mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metalic floor hardner 5% by weight of cement (Make: ORONITE/HARDONATE OR equivalent out of makes specified in list of makes) and struck flush complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Edge granite stone to flooring with stone setts of size 250 to 300mm long, 150 to 200mm wide and 450mm deep sides dressed; bedded in cement mortar 1:3, joints 20mm thick; grouted in cement mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metalic floor hardner 5% by weight of cement (Make: ORONITE/HARDONATE OR equivalent out of makes specified in list of makes) and struck flush complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for re-fixing of old serviceable granite stone sett flooring of size 200 to 250mm long, 150 to 200mm wide and 150mm deep and sides dressed; bedded in cement mortar 1:3, joints 20mm thick; grouted in cement mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metalic floor hardner 5% by weight of cement and struck flush complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair including manufacturing of retro reflective regulatory sign board of size 900mm dia metre made of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high Intensity encapsulated lens type retro reflective sheet pasting on sheet of sign boardsheet in approved colour, cutting precisely in required shape & size, pasting on sheet of sign board, letter, symbols, borders etc shall be as per IRC-67 with required colour, scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade-A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to mild steel frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm and the board shall be fixed to 1 No mild steel 50x50x4mm square post, 4mtr long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including approprate priming coat complete all as specified and as directed.
