Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (One part cement, one and half part sand and three part of aggregate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc. Complete with std. Supplying and fixing of M.S.grill and gate etc., as per design approved by department engineer including cost of materials and labour charges etc., complete cost including all costs etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Doors of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 25GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with spag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown olour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the executive Engineer before use on work

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surfaces of all RCC items of works with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) of 10 mm thick including hacking the surface and providing necessary cement mortar nosing, beading as per size and specification wherever necessary using the same mix in all floors etc., cost including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete complying with std specification.

Plastering in cement mortar 1:5 mix (one Cement and five sand) of 12 mm thick etc., cost including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete complying with std specification.

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand ) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement

Painting two coats with approved First quality plastic emulsion paint over cement plastered wall surface and ceiling including cost of one priming coat, Cost of all materials, all labour charges, brushes, cleaning preparing the surface,scaffolding charges and curing charges etc., complete cost including all costs etc., complete as per standard specification.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / Fan point (For electronic regulator) etc., complete cost including all costs etc., complete as per standard specification. Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories, in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3 mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non inter locking CS Plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point.as per (SD 38)

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40 W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condensor, with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu.tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting. (Sd-88)
