M & L for cleaning RCC UG sump reservoir of capacity upto 1,00,000 gallons upto 15 feet below ground level, removing silt and sludge etc deposited inside the sump, cleaning entire internal surfaces of sump with bleaching powder including flushing with water, writing the capacity of sump and date of cleaning with black and white paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning RCC UG sump reservoir of capacity upto 50,000 gallons upto 8 feet below ground level, removing silt and sludge etc deposited inside the sump, cleaning entire internal surfaces of sump with bleaching powder including flushing with water, writing the capacity of sump and date of cleaning with black and white paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only calcium based high strength Chlorine granule (60% to 65%), suitable for water disnfection with and including plastic drum of 45 Kg complete all as specified and directed. Make - Puri Chlor (Shree Rayal Seema Hi-strength Hypo Ltd) or any other equivalent make.

M & L for complete removal existing treatment of old painted steel and iron surfaces of pool operating equipments, filteration plants, pumps and motors, etc of any description over 10 cm in width or girth, by scrapping off completely and smoothening the surface with emery paper, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as per existing colour / Navy Blue or sky Blue scheme or pattern complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Painting over pump and motors will be measured as 1 sqm for each pump & Motor on the same base frame.

M & L for cleaning of swimming pool floor, side walls and steel ladders using suction sweeper fitted with nylon brush complete all as spacified and directed. Notes : (a) Suction sweeper including brush available at swimming pool installation shall be used. (b) Electricity for running of suction sweeper shall be provided free of cost by department. (c) Repairs to suction sweeper/ foot valves including replacement of bolts, nuts, washers and servicing of suction sweeper pump etc as and when required shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. Quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of the same. (d) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the charges for divers for cleaning the side walls of swimming pool once during every eighth cleaning.

M & L for cleaning of balancing tank floor and side walls, by scrubbing with brush for removing fungi and washing with water after removing all the sediments collected at the bottom of the tank complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and adding following chemicals for water treatment to keep the swimming pool water free from fungi and bacteria complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for maintenance, repair and periodical services to pressure filter of swimming pool by opening the pressure filter and taking out entire old media, scrapping internal/ external surfaces, cleaning and washing thoroughly, applying two coats of chlorinated rubber paint and silver paint on outer surface for pressure filter over a coat of zinc phosphate primer, laying new filter media in the MS cylindrical pressure filters as per specifications and as directed; removing, repairing, welding pipe lines and replacing certain unserviceable parts including painting the under drain system, inlet and outlet pipes including changing gland packing, nuts, bolts & washers etc. including S & F in repairs 02 Nos of pressure gauge of 0-9 Kg/Sqcm and 1 No butterfly/gate valve and testing and commissioning the filtration plant complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing fine media from filter bed by opening the filter bed, cleaning the filter media and re-filling the same including replacement of rubber gasket, nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Requisite filter media shall be measured and paid under relevant item of this Schedule.

Supply and fill approved quality fine media in filtration plant complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing following control devices/ equipments for controlling/ cleaning/ measuring inlet and outlet of water supply for making them functional after opening, thoroughly greasing the moving parts, gland rope filling of similar size and length, tightening the gland plate and reassembling the same complete all as specified and directed.
