Providing and laying ceremic floor tiles of approved size, shade,design and quality in flooring, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.
