Survey and finding loose portions of RCC members Surveying to areas above false ceiling of labs areas and plant areas, underground tunnel areas and finding the hollowness/loose portions of RCC structural members i.e. RCC slab, RCC Beams, RCC columns, RCC walls for checking of soundness of RCC structural members by hammering method using of lightweight metal hammer @ 200 mm c/c to all directions, marking the loose portions areas of concrete by suitable marker for further repairing works under relevent items including providing suitable temporary scafolding or movable ladder as need etc complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Anticorrosive treatment Providing and applying Anticorrosive treatment to exposed Reinforcement portion with one coat of alkaline rust converter "feovert/rusticede or equivalent on exposed reinforcement after cleaning the surface by wire brushing, chipping to remove loose rust, followed by two coats of rust preventive coating of approved make and penetrating corrosion inhibitor over adjoining concrete surfaceincluding providing suitable temporary scafolding or movable ladder etc complete as directed by EIC

Making up lost areas of reinforcement Replinishment/Making up lost areas of reinforcement due to corrossion providing additonal steel reinforcement. The steel shall be confirm to IS 1786 grade Fe 500. Anchor the steel rebar in sound concrete body upto desire depth by structural grade adhesive anchor fasteners, shear connectors of required length including drilling holes, injecting epoxy in holes, placing shear connectors in position and allowing to remain undisturbed till epoxy is set etc as approved by EIC. Note: 1)Fixing of rebar is to be welded or binding by binding wires to exiting steel as requried. 2) Weight of reinforcement and anchor rebar will be taken for payment.

Supplying and injecting of anchoring adhesive epoxy Extra over item-3 for supplying and injection of anchoring adhesive epoxy, a size of epoxy foil pack-330 ml of approved make including arranging of injection grouting system etc complete as per clause of specification and as directed by EIC.. Note 01 Pack = 330 ml volume of anchoring adhesive epoxy.

Form work Providing , centering ,shuttering Form work using PVC film faced plywood to get a neat form finish surface for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports etc and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels

Curing compound Providing and applying curing compound of approved make having acrylic resin base, multi role curing, sealing and protective membrane, having self priming property so that the plaster can be done directly over membrane. The curing compound shall comply to ASTM C 309 type II class B & ASTM C 1315. The curing compound shall be applied by spray/roller/brush on the repaired as per manfacturers recommendations etc complete as specified including providing suitable temporary scafolding or movable ladder etc complete as directed by EIC.

Elastomeric anticarbonation protective coating Providing & Applying two coats of water based Elastomeric anticarbonation protective coating based on acrylic polymer of approved make of required shade, minimium dry film thickness of 300 microns including a one base coat of Primer approved make as per specification to give uniform finish with the help of brush, rollers, scafolding etc complete as directed.

Structural Repairs Providing structural Repairs in Old Damaged concrete structures / surfaces with approved Polymer . With following operations 1) Removal of loose/Spaled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete suface and Reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water jet.2) Cleaning the Re bars with Acetone for complete Rust removal and washing with water jet to make the surface free from Acid content. 3) Applying Protective Coat / bond coat using Polymer and Cement in the proportion of 1; 1.5 ( 1 part of polymer and 1.5 parts of cement in Synthetic enamal paint like consistancy with brush 4) Reinstate the area with polymer modified mortar in layers of maximum 20 mm with the proportion of Cement 50 Kg : Washed and dried river sand 87.50 kg ; Silica sand 37.50 Kg. mixed with 10 litres of Polymer ( or 1 Kg cement : 1.75 kg Washed and dried river sand ; 0.75 Kg Silica Sand : 200 ml polymer)5) If thickness of repair exceeds 20 mm, after every 20 mm thick bond coat as per 2 above to be applied before continuing further structural repair works. This work is inclusive of all materials, labour, scaffolding complete all as directed at site .

SFMC Micro concrete Providing SFMC Micro concrete for strengthening of structural members incuding mixing, pouring, curing as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Using 100% SFMC

6 mm thick Flat fibre cement sheets Supplying and fixing of 6 mm thick Flat fibre cement sheets in ceiling including fixing the sheets to existing frame work with Stainless steel(SS) nuts bolts of suitable size about 5mm(3/16) x 25 mm including forming necessary grooves as required; cutting the sheets to required sizes, making necessary openings around electrical fixtures, A.C. grills and trap doors; fixing to correct lines and levels; cleaning and removing glass wool and other existing materials if any found above false ceiling; removing of existing broken sheets as required cleaning of site, scaffolding; other incidental charges and disposed off unwanted materials & dumped at debris disposal point filter house at a distance of 300 m etc complete generally as per specification and as directed by E-I-C.

PU foam Supplying, applying, cutting and levelling of PU foam for sealing of existing gaps, holes in false ceiling etc complete generally as per specifications of manufacturers and as directed by EIC. Note 1 Can = 750 ml volume.

Supplying and wearing safety gears Supplying and wearing safety gears like dust respirator, disposable gloves and overshoe cover on daily basis to each labour as per Clause-12 of technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and wearing additional safety and protective gears Supplying and wearing additional safety and protective gears to carry out the work mentioned in Item, Safety and protective gears includes (1) Chemical / Eye Protection Splash Googles (2) Safety helmates (3) Safety harness and (4) boiler suit for cleaning labours and as per Clause-13 of technical specifications. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and placing disposal bags Supplying and placing disposal bags of large size for disposing debris as per Clause-14 of technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction cum debris safety net Supplying and fixing in position construction cum debris safety net of HDPE to carry out the work mentioned, Item includes (1) Double layer safety net consisting with 5mm Braided cord with 70mm/100mm mesh and Fishnet in 11mm mesh (2) high quality Telescopic Steel Props a length utpo 5.50 mtrs and as per Clause-15 of technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Weather silicon sealant Filling the gap between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC / Brick work / Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete Up to 6 mm depth and 6 mm width.

With tinted colour float glass panes of 6.00 mm thickness Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium doors, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with PVC / Neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge (Cost of snap beading shall be paid in basic item)

Coloured Anodised Aluminium sections Providing and fixing anodized aluminium (Minimum anodizing thickness of 15 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required filling the gaps using silicon grout sealent etc. (fittings glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately)

Self Adhesive Sun Control flim of 0.50 mm thickness Providing and fixing One Way Mirror Window Film Sun Blocking Heat Control Anti UV Reflective Film Static Cling Window Tint of approved shade and make etc complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Elastomeric water proof exterior grade paint Providing and painting walls with (TWO coats) of approved shade of high build protective , elastomeric water proof exterior grade paint of approved make of required shade, minimium dry film thickness of 250 microns acheived in two or more coats / as per manudacturer's specifications including preparation of the surfaces by scrapping / wire brush , scaffolding complete. Primer coat will be with approved make with water in ratio of 1:2 and 2 coats of finishing coat without water all as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Lead charges Lead charges for lead Exceeding 2 KM but not exceeding 3 KM, by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, stacking / levelling etc.

Dismantling Aluminium windows Dismantling Aluminium / Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplaus material and stacking of serviceable materials within 100 m lead as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
