Renewal work of Achhnera Bharatpur road to Mangrol jaat, Sadhan via Bhandiri Road in Km-2, 3, 4, 5(500), 6(800), 7, 8(560)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam (22.4-53) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 @ 0.25 kg. Per sqm on granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom including cost of bitumen, T&P and labour & all taxes complete

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates and using (VG-10) bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical specification clauses 508.

Providing and laying of premix sand (Type-B) seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 60 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and bitumen VG-10 grade. Clause No- 511

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Note - 1- Rates are inclusive of all taxes but excluding GST which shall be paid extra as applicable 2- Labour cess @ 1% will be deducted from contractor's bill at the time of payment
