M&L for repair to suction & discharge valve of 3x13 TR to 3x26 TR of capacity by means of replacing the teflon washer sheet, suction & discharge valve ring, spring, 'O' rings, gaskets etc complete and testing for proper holding of valve, leak testing etc at EW block & Mechanical block of existing make all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for replacement of suction & discharge valve.

M & L for descaling the shell & tube condenser of 3x13 to 3x26 TR capacity at by circulating the descaling chemical (scale gun) (HCL acid) through condenser by pressure feeding method after disconnecting condenser water lines, and opening the end covers of both side, brushing condenser water tubing, removing the scales, normalising the copper surface circulation normalising agent and refixing all dismantled parts including replacement of gasket set all as specified . Note :- Descaling of the three unit shall be measured as one job and each job shall be carried out in half yearly basis

M & L for leak testing of AHU unit cooling coil after pumping down the complete system, isolating the cooling coil from both ends and charging the dry nitrogen gas for pressure leak test, after detecting leak point, release the nitrogen gas, repairing the leak point but means of soldering/brazing and connecting the cooling coil with system, vaccumised the complete system and re-charge the system by refrigerent, testing and commissioning up to satisfactory cooling performance of 3x13 & 3x26 TR capacity at EW block & Mechanical block. Note: (i) Refrigerent gas shall be mesaured and paid separately as supply only. (ii) Nitrogen gas required deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

M&L for Cleaning / servicing the cooling coil of AHU AC plant by pressure air method with using air blower and cleaning the cooling coil with cleaning the solution, cleaning the AHU base tray completely and applying one coat of synthetic enamelled paint inside the base tray, including greasing to AHU blower shaft bearing for smooth functioning, cleaning the AHU filter replacement of V-belt ( if required) of 3x13 & 3x26 TR capacity at EW block & Mechanical block complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair panel air filters, dry type, washable, rated air flow capacity 1600 CFM 99.9%, down to particle 20 micron of Suitable sizes of existing plants or nearest for AHU of central AC plant complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pumping down the gas of the Central AC plant of various capacities, find out the leakage by pressure test in complete plant using dry nitrogen gas by separating high side and low side and rectifying the leakage by gas welding brazing pressure testing vaccuming the system and re-charging the system with gas, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L cleaning/servicing of cooling tower, natural draught type of central AC plant including cleaning of wooden louvers by scraping inside and outside, cleaning of water tank, cleaning of nozzles (brass/PVC) , arranging all wooden louvers in correct manners, and applying one coat of bituminous paint inside and outside of water tank complete of capacity 13 TR to 26 TR complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repair existing spray nozzle, GI pipe assembly, Cooling tower, medium grade GI pipe, sockets, branch pipes (two metre each) - with welding. by cutting with gas cutter and welding with GI welding rods including supply and fixing of existing dia medium grade complete all as directed.

M & L preparation of old painted surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint to external surfaces to compressor with motors - 03 No's, foundation of compressor & motor units- 03 No's, suction & discharge refrigerent pipe line, condenser water pump with motor & foundation - 02 No's, water pipe line, AHU unit and motor/blower- 01 No, condenser - 03 No's of any capacity of central AC plant.

M & L for dismantling burnt out three phase, 50 C/S capacity 20/25 HP motor for rewinding with same guage, weight and same number of turns of super annealed copper wire including paper/tape of approved quality and varnishing with Class I varnishing compound including heating and re-assembling the motor, testing and commissioning after repair including replacement of worn out bearing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 24 above but motor capacity 12.5 HP.

Supply only refrigeration gas R 22 in manufacturer sealed cylinder complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Gas to be supplied in manufacturer sealed container. (ii) Empty containers will be returned to contractor .

S & F in repairs micro processor computer control with PCB complete for package AC unit 5 to 16 TR complete all as specified and directed.

Attending compliants of central/package AC of any capacity, rectification of minor defects and complaints replacement of spare parts and brings to normal working condition all as per directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.

Note for item No 42 :- (a) The contractor has to attend above mentioned job in any location of entire domestic and tech area of Air Force Stn Sulur.

(b) Contractor is responsible to ensure that the labour employed should be equipped with necessary tools, etc.

(c) The cost of repair to the damages of cemented surfaces/ external finishes/ metal clamps of rising pipes, including minor spare parts are also deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Major spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately

(d) In case of any delay in attending the complaint more than 6 hrs after handing over routine/urgent complaints, the contractor shall be liable to pay the penalty as described in penalty clause given here as under.

(e) If the delay is more then 06 hrs period and the GE is not satisfied with the reason for delay then penalty at the rate of Rs 100/- per job shall be deducted from the dues of the contractor. Please note that this penalty is exclusively other then the condition 56 of IAFW - 2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract and shall be enforce above as and when delay in individual job is noticed and no claim whatsoever on this account shall be entertained by the Deptt.

(f) The decision of the Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding.

Supply and fix in repair Blower fan motor 3 phase 750 W suitable for AC plant 1 x 10 to 1x 15TR capacity at signal section of existing make/ brand of defective components or any reputed suitable make as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair AHU Blower motor with blower set of existing make suitable for the 3X15 TR precision type AC plant at various location complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable scroll type compressor including supply and fixing of scroll type compressor of capacity 10 to 12 TR Make of Emerson Climate Technologies or equivalent approved make for AC plant complete all as specified and as directed. location : TRCL

Taking down old unserviceable scroll type compressor including supply and fixing scroll type compressor of capacity 4 TR of Make Emerson Climate Technologies or equivalent approved make for AC plant at complete all as specified and as directed. location : AVRO/OTF/OPERA-II/ EW Block/IFCS

Taking down old unserviceable scroll type compressor including supply and fixing of scroll type compressor of capacity 15 TR of Make Emerson Climate Technologies or equivalent approved make for AC plant .

Note for Item No 61 to 63:- (a) Compressor shall be purchased from manufacturer/ authorised dealer of the manufacturer.

(b) Compressor shall be in sealed condition and shall bear warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Dismantling existing damaged ducts and Supply, assembly and erection of 24 gauge GI sheet with C & SS rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, hanging rod, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation suitable for 40 mm as specified and including the following:- (a)Cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b)Applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) Sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) Securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/ steel straps of size 12 mm/50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr.

S&F in repairs grills/diffusers of size 630X630 mm for supply air duct made out of CRCA sheet 1.2mm thick, with perforation duly powder coated etc adjustable type(with flow regulating arrangement) complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Galvanised steel, volume control damper/parallel Blade Dampers for rough air system balance with closer control at the individual grills or diffusers for supply air complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L servicing of chiller pump 5HP 3 phase 415 Volt of Make:M/s Kirloskar including replacement of unserviceable bearing bush with testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

(c) Any minor items to be replaced is included in the item quoted rate.

(d) The contractor shall provide visit/inspection of service engineer of authorised dealer for servicing of the eqpt in half yearly basis and on phone call for attending emergency brake downs during the entire contract period.

Riddling Sand obtained from excavation for cable protection 8cm under the cable and 15cm above the cable in trench and get the thick layer of 18cm after ramming complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Item No 117 :- The rate is deemed to be inclusive for supply of riddle sand from outside MD land as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, In case of sufficient sand not obtained from excavation.

M&L Fly ash bricks using modular bricks as in cable protection cover including taking down existing bricks of any size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F XLPE insulated,screened, PVC Bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor 1100Volts grade cross sectional area 70 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches /ducts/fixed to wall/pole/ inside panel/ drawn through pipe including cable glands and terminal sockets, including taking down existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Item No 120 to 123 :- Necessary excavation and earth work, sand cushioning & bricks for protection shall be measured and paid separately.

S & F in repairs Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for outdoor stright through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armored aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 70 sqmm.

Carrying out pressure leak test of Package type AC plants of capacity 5/10/12/15/16.5/30 TR whenever required by nitrogen gas pressure for detecting leakage in cooling/condensing unit refrigerent pipe and repairing the leakage by welding or brazing of condensing/cooling unit, refrigerant pipe and putting under pressure for leakage checking after repair of leaking pipe flushing out by N2 and CTC/Vaccumination complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Supply & charging of refrigerant gas R-22/R-407C will be measured and paid for separately.
