REPAIRS OF 630 KVA TRANSFORMER INSTALLED AT MAFI-I SUB STN, AFS YELAHANKA

Removing the incoming and out going cable connection, remove the earth strip from body and neutral point carefully from the faulty Indoor Type 630KVA air natural (AN) cooling type step down/Step up Transfromer at MAFI -I Sub Station at AFS Technical Area,Make: PROLEC(GE) including loading and transporting to the authorised repair installed at MAFI-I in Tech Area work shop and unloading the faulty distribution transformer at repair work shop. Dismantling the transformer, cleaning the core and inspecting the defective HV/LV copper winding all complete as specified and as directed. Make : PROLEC (GE)

M&L for Lifting the core assembly and landing on the working platform, cutting and removing the burnt /faulty transformer winding HV/LV. Providing new winding at both HV/LV with FRG copper same size and gauge replacing of leads for tap changing system with copper conductor of 'F' class insulation same size and gauge to achieve transformer rated capacity all complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing new insulation for two Phases winding. Resetting/ fixing the core assembly with Primray/ Secondary brazing as required and all necessary connections. Drying out of core coil assembly in the oven till specified IR value is obtained.Class of insulation :F class all complete as specified and as directed.

Testing of Transformer at work shop , shifting of Transformer from work shop to Indoor MAFI -I Sub Station at AFS, unloading carefully, installation of repaired Transformer at proper pahse sequence , connecting to earth strip tightly. Testing and commssioning of Transformer at work site. NOTE:(i) Bidders shall the visit the transformer before quotimg their Rates. (ii)All type and routine test certificate pertain to transformer shall be submitted by the contactor before payment.
